This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Very nice house, perfectly equipped, a few steps to access it. The views are beautiful. Several beautiful sandy beaches with turquoise waters accessible by car. Very nice end of journey in Sardinia with our 2 young children.

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modern and well equipped - we lacked nothing. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We especially liked the loving details in the furnishings and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

We had a great stay at Paolo’s accommodation. It is very spacious and clean and the garden is beautiful. The two dogs are very friendly and the cats as well. My son had a dip in the swimming pool which was still quite cold in the beginning of may, but that wouldn’t hold him back. In the garden there are several spots where you can relax. Also the view from the top terras is beautiful. For cooking we also used the BBQ outside. If you want to go out a car is highly recommended as it would be quite a walk to the nearest restaurant or supermarket (would not recommend).

Beautiful house! Very comfortable and very well equipped. The terrace has become our living room! It's calm and life! WoW! Grocery store 5 minutes' drive away! 2 beaches that are 15 minutes' walk away. Otherwise, many other beaches are close by car! We would highly recommend. We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

Barbara's accommodation offers perfect comfort. Bedding, decoration, access, supplies... Everything is perfect. Barbara is also very kind, responsive and accommodating. I would 100% recommend!

All in all it was a really good experience staying in this apartment! The garden was super nice and everything was fresh and clean! The only o Downside is the location, the area feels a bit like a slum, but we didn’t had any bad interactions there. A big supermarket is right around the corner! Would definitely stay here again!!

I want to start by saying Dorata and Luigi were easily contactable and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available. They were also very communicative on what events were occurring in the city and surrounding communities. We stayed in the beautiful home for 2 months. It’s rather spacious with a lovely backyard. We are two women in our early twenties and have not once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the home/ surrounding area. The neighbors/ neighborhood is full of kind, wealthy people. The home is located by a 7 minute walk from the main street where you can also find the nearest bus stop. It leads up mountain which can be increasingly inclined but was manageable. The home is securely gated and is connected to a smaller apartment style home. There was one week where a family of 4 stayed in the adjoining apartment home but there wasn’t a moment where our privacy felt shared.

We enjoyed the time in Marcos' house very much. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the advertisement. Marco's instructions were very helpful to us. Marco then drove us to the airport, which was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

Anna's house view really doesn't have to say, waking up every day to see the azure sea and the greenery in the yard in a very good mood.It's a shame that my son was hospitalized for the first few days of living here and couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna was so helpful with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw in this house for me may be that the two rooms mentioned in the description do not have a window, but it was also okay to have an air conditioner.It was nice to have a separate door in the kitchen, and for those who love to cook, the fumes can go straight out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, ideal for families with small dolls to take to the sea, which is not particularly busy but beautiful area.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is not only beautifully decorated, but also excellently equipped – we really lacked nothing. The private parking directly at the accommodation was particularly pleasant, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is quiet and ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life – perfect for city dwellers who long for a break. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and hygienic, from the living space to the spacious, lovingly designed garden. A big plus are the windows equipped with fly screens, through which you can enjoy the peace and quiet without having to worry about insects. The hosts were extremely friendly, uncomplicated and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. All in all, we can highly recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.
