Cozy apartment in the city center

Cozy attic apartment in downtown. The east-facing terrace invites you to breakfast and sunbathing in the morning. Due to the central location you are in the city in a few minutes. But it is also not far to Lake Wörthersee. By bike it takes between 15 and 20 minutes depending on the speed of travel. The railway station as well as the bus station are also only a 15-minute walk away. There is a parking garage around the corner, or there are public parking spaces in front of the door.

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, this cozy, fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Since last year, we have also opened the doors of our special refuge to guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious😀.
