Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

The house is beautiful! We enjoyed how private and peaceful it felt. The extra bonus was the presence of two horses that greeted us every morning. Our kids loved riding their bikes in the neighborhood: they would get excellent work-out going up and down the surrounding hills! Shawna's house has lots of options to enjoy the outdoors. We loved sitting by the fire pit! Too bad the weather was good only on the first night. Still, we were able to eat breakfast on the gorgeous back porch and dinners on the front porch. We only wished for better weather as it rained a lot towards the end of our stay. The entrance to off-roading trails was about 10mins away. We were able to enjoy the fantastic trails on both days. Finally, the house was sparkling clean! We were impressed! The linens and the towels were white and smelled clean! Kitchen was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Everything was clean and well-taken care of! This house will definitely be one of our favorite TN go-to's in the future!

From helping me add to our reservation, to working with flexibility on who was coming, Clinton provided awesome service! He responded promptly, was warm and welcoming, has a wonderful home, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, so many amenities, breath-taking views, so much space, indoor and outdoor activities or places to just be and read or talk. . . Thoughtful attention to detail. And perfect in any season!!Getting to the store or places to eat is easy and convenient, yet you're in a lake paradise. Husband loved running at the free state park across the main road (less than 20 minute drive). We can't wait for our next trip so we can enjoy the house and go hiking! Cannot recommend Clinton and his home enough! Go stay! You will leave refreshed like we did. Adult kids said 'just what we needed!' Can't wait to return!!

Such a beautiful, peaceful and cozy place! You can feel how much love and care was put into every detail — from the decor to the atmosphere. It’s truly a hidden gem where you can relax and reconnect with nature. The host is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and gave us amazing recommendations for local coffee spot. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We enjoyed our time at Ride the Line. The cabin had everything that we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for our group to stay in the cabin and also plenty of driveway room to park two gooseneck trailers. Close to multiple trails and the owner was knowledgeable of the trials. If we had any questions the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Our stay in Alex's cabin was great! Alex was proactive in sending us directions to the cabin (since navigation apparently sends you elsewhere) so we drove right to it. The cabin's setting was very peaceful and private and the cabin itself was clean, simple, and new-feeling. We would definitely recommend staying in this cabin!
