Screened in covered patio, only fenced in yard in the area.Community offers- golf, tennis, private lake, fishing, 3 beaches, equestrian center, pickleball courts, outdoor pool, hiking, shooting range, bow range and local trails.

We have one exterior Ring camera doorbell, by the front door, which detects motion, records audio and video. This notifies hosts of packages and guests arrival. The Wi-Fi is strong and can stream movies, video games, emails, cell phones etc.
