House holiday rentals in Pine Island

Very fun place. Although we were out doing other local activities during the day it was so nice to come back to his place and enjoy the rest of the evening relaxing and swimming without the added stress of time restrictions. The kids loved the late night swims. The house was nice and cool plus noise free . The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. Everything you could need was in the house and readily available. Stefan responded rite away to any questions i had. Definitely going to save this one for our next visit to Spring Hill.

My partner and I stayed here for a week, Christopher was king enough to let us extend our stay a few more days. My fur babies loved the yard, so did I! Got to watch all kinds of different birds land in the yard. Really enjoyed sun soaking in the lanai. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Very close to many attractions. Swam with manatees and went boat charting, totally recommend if you’re in the area November -May. Overall a wonderful birthday/family reunion in my hometown. Thank you Christopher for accommodating my family! Would definitely stay again.

This was my first experience using Airbnb and David made it easy and responded quickly! Such a beautiful property and perfect for a family like mine. The pool was exceptional and although it was a shared pool we had it to ourselves majority of the time which was a plus. The horses are such a calming touch and nice to visit when you have the free time especially for the kiddos!

Johnnie and Jennifer were very responsive with excellent local recommendations. The house was exceptional and the view outstanding. The kids absolutely loved the pool and fishing right in the back yard. We would definitely return for another stay!

It's our second stay at this house. Great location and nice place with a pool. We bring jet ski and able to use the garage, which makes it very convenient. Kids and wife love it. Howard beach and Sunset beach only 5 minutes down the street. Tarpon Springs has good bakery, seafood and pizza joint, all of which just a couple of miles away. Honeymoon beach is also close if you like more of a beachy feel. Overall, we love the area and will come back next year for another week.

Communication from beginning to end was amazing! The house was immaculately clean and just as described. Nestled on the end of the road in a quiet neighborhood, the property is on a beautiful deep water canal, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Jump off the dock and take a swim, or take a water adventure. There were several kyaks and a paddle board to explore the waters. We saw many manatee , which was amazing! If you like to paddle, this is the spot! We paddled to the salt springs and enjoyed the clear water. From beginning to end, great experience, great host, great location. If your looking for a family adventure, don't hesitate to book! We hope to be back soon! Thank you!

We loved the place, it was well stocked. The location was perfect it is down a canal so not much traffic and so it was very peaceful. There were plenty of kayaks for the 6 of us. We saw manatees and dolphins on our trip. The beds were very comfortable. The one and only issue was it says it sleeps 6 but I wouldn't recommend it for 6 adults/teens. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults/teens and maybe smaller children. We would definetly stay her again just if we had a smaller group.

This home was was such a find! It sits on a point that is surrounded by seven sisters springs. The house was nostalgic and relaxing, we all felt like we were at the family cabin. It was in a very privet setting but close driving distance to good restaurants(the freezer:) and amenities. We will definitely be back, Thank you Jere and Darlene for making us feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay! We loved having the stairs to the water and the dock. We have a micro skiff so having both options was really great for us! The place is clean and very comfortable. It is very close to The Upper Deck and the little beach area that you can swim in. We saw a few manatees. We live in Florida and still love seeing the local wildlife!!

Great location to enjoy the river and the Hernando Flats The dock was a plus to park our jet ski during our stay. Very clean with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. The Upper Deck restaurant is within walking distance and the food was great. Looking forward to staying again soon.

The host was extremely responsive to any questions and when we asked if they had a portable crib they didn't and they went out of their way to buy one and place it in the home force. The outdoor area with the ping pong pool table fireplace TV pool and big table and a grill that gets super hot for cooking which was great. would stay here again if needed

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It has a great open floor plan and they have everything you need for your stay. The screened in areas are also really nice to enjoy the view. Response time is fast and check in was so easy. We will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! the cul-de-sac is quiet, there's a ton to do and easy to get to on the kayaks and paddleboards provided. We loved the layout, the split floor plan with kids living room, game room and bedrooms upstairs. You will no be disappointed with any aspect of this home and booking, the cul-de-sac that the home is located on is nicknamed (the nursery) and we were able to watch a mom and her 2 babies hang out all day while we sat in the backyard.

Recently renovated with a great deck space and comfortable beds. Easy access to Weeki Wachee and other outdoor activities. My kids enjoyed stargazing and fishing from the dock. I liked working on the screened porch and the deck sofa. We didn’t use the loft sleeping space, so can’t comment on that part :)

It was a super clean house. She was an amazing host. So nice and flexible. The pool was heated and so relaxing. They allowed me to move some of the external security cameras, so I could have privacy in the backyard. I had an amazing vacation.

Michael and Marta are great hosts, very informative. The house was absolutely perfect for our family, (3 kids 3yrs-12yrs) amazing pool, and seating areas around the pool. In the evenings all cuddled up watching movies in the TV room. So many things to do and stores to go to all within 4-12min drive. I would highly recommend staying at Reels and Tails. We rented a small pontoon and saw 6 manatees, also enjoyed Weeki Wachee State park, mermaid show and buccaneer bay! Perfect place for families, girls trip, get away trip or just because!!

The pictures and description really cant do this home enough justice...it is a simply stunning place and Carmen went above and beyond, was extremely personable and made us feel at home, communicated quickly and was a pleasure to deal with, 10 out of 5 stars !!¡

Had a lovely, peaceful stay. Kristen was super responsive. The space was wonderfully decorated. Loved utilizing the grill, fire pit, canoe, and porch!

Our stay was wonderful. The heated pool was a great added bonus and we loved that their was not an upcharge for the heated pool for our stay. That was surely a deciding factor when choosing our home away from home for the week. The location and neighborhood was ideal and close to many great attractions and places to visit. The home was clean and up to date with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were hoping to have for our use such as baking dishes. For example, 9x13 pan, muffin pan, and baking sheet. I would recommend adding those to the home. The amenities were great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We would book this home again.

The host was easy to contact if we needed anything and always responded in a timely manner! We felt very comfortable with the location. And the space was EXACTLY what we needed.

Monique’s villa was SO pretty! No corners were cut when she remodeled and designed this beautiful place—gorgeous! All 3 bedrooms had beyond comfortable mattresses and linens along with all 3 bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed, plus more! The pool was literal steps from the back porch where we enjoyed lots of time with our kids (we never saw anyone so it felt like our own) We enjoyed coffee and a cocktail on the comfortable outdoor couch while watching bunnies, birds and some geckos in the garden areas. We are looking at coming back in a few months to Florida and won’t hesitate to rent this home again. This home is also located close to restaurants and shops, plus it is in gated Saddlebrook resort where there is golfing, restaurants and pools you can utilize. Great find!
