Exceptionally clean; comfortable furniture and beds; nicely stocked kitchen. Conveniently located to Leu Gardens and The Dr Philip’s Center for Performing Arts-two places we visited. Many restaurants and pubs close by as well as a Fresh Market. Hope to visit Frank’s home again!!

This place is close to all of the places we wanted to visit, including Disney and Medieval Knights dinner show. Lots of places to eat nearby. The house was very clean inside and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and I recommend.

The house was spotless and we felt right at home. It certainly helped that the location was 12 minutes away from the wedding that we were attending. Everything was clean and in place and we were able to easily find everything we needed in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this house if you have to stay in the area.

This place definitely lives up to its title as best place to stay in Florida. My family needed a place to stay while our home went through fumigation. We wanted a place close to our home as it’s conveniently located near everything you need - major highways, shopping, hospitals, the best restaurants, literally anything you need is very close. The garage was able to fit my SUV and my husband’s hatchback. David is an excellent host - professional, friendly and responded quickly to my messages. This is THE CLEANEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a beautiful, spacious home with plenty of room for my family of 4 plus our dog. The house is well maintained and thoughtfully designed. I cannot recommend this place enough and would definitely book again if we ever need to in the future. Thank you so much David for a wonderful stay!

Stephanie's townhown was just perfect for my mother-daughter getaway. It was pet friendly, and my small doggies felt right at home. The location was perfect being right behind the major attractions like SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, and Universal and surrounded with a lot of good food options in resturants and fastfood. I hope to book again if I am ever in the area again.

Nellyvonne's place Iwas beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Our group had fun playing Jackbox games on the 70 inch TV. Also, we enjoyed the large dining table and plenty of counter space. Our 8 year old lo ed the Mario brothers room with bunkbed and slide and the sitting area sized just for kids. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Was the perfect spot for our group of 6 (5 adults, one child) while attending Universal for the week. We really enjoyed the pool and the location was easy to get to and close to food and groceries. Genesis was very responsive to all questions and even sent the pool cleaners out a day early to deal with some storm debris that had fallen in before we arrived. Great stay!

It was one of the best Airbnb homes I've ever stayed in, super clean, very good service from Yunkerki, they met all my needs. We spent a few spectacular days, the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and the best quality in everything. The area looks old but they respect it a lot, it is reliable and safe. The house is completely remodeled and very nice inside, better than what you see in the photos!! I highly recommend it 100% I loved the pool, it had a very good temperature and we could enjoy it at all times. We would definitely rent the house again when we return to Orlando.

Came for a birthday vacation and I def chose the right place to stay! The airbnb was close to Disney parks and gift shops. The home was just like the photos, everything was clean and beautiful 😊 The pool was so refreshing and clean, plus had a nice view of the pond. We even decided to stay an extra day, Dinara was super accommodating. I definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying in this quiet townhome and having an extra big sofa to relax on and watch tv. We got to cook our meals in the spacious kitchen and had a comfortable bed to sleep on. There’s also a beautiful green space with oak trees when you enter this gated community, great for a nice scenic walk and felt very safe. There’s a community gym with various strength and cardio equipment along side a pool and tennis court. Host was very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect in every way; perfect location and easy to get to…as we used Uber a lot. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs….less than 15 min Uber. There is a Starbucks next to the building which was awesome. Nicoleta is a fantastic host, replies right away and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Communication was great and she is very attentive. Again, very impressed with the place. All the amenities you need and very comfortable and clean. Was also a huge bonus to have 2 bathrooms.

This home is exactly like the pictures. It was perfect for me and my 16 month old and 15 year old visiting family. The house is one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in and beds were comfortable. We felt very safe in the area and it was extremely quiet. I would definitely stay here with my family again in the future. Highly recommend!

I was attracted the photos on display and the pad was actually bigger than I expected. The interior is real nice and the surrounding neighborhood was eye pleasing aswell. Visited all the way from Texas and I felt right at home. It's a comfortable place and I highly recommend it.

Amazing stay-cation!!! I can’t really speak to the area because we didn’t leave the house. But the home was so clean and absolutely adorable! So welcoming and felt amazing. I would have really liked to have a second lock on the front door but it’s ok we utilized the alarm system. The pool was wonderful, had everything we needed, parked in the garage, beds sooo comfortable. The back yard was like a little oasis. I booked this trip to have a place to hang out with my dear friend that I haven’t seen in 3 years and her kiddos. It was perfection. Relaxing in the pool, laying out in the sun, chatting on the couch, kids watching a movie after the pool. Jennifer answered all of my questions within 5 min of me reaching out. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We were in Orlando on a business trip. Our convention was at the OCCC, and the location to the convention center was perfect! The condo was so spacious! It was extremely clean and we had everything we needed! We did call housekeeping for a few blankets and they brought them quickly. The only other thing we had to call for were TV remote batteries and they came and replaced them quickly as well! Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely stay in a central location that facilitated easy access to Parks and other Orlando attractions. Super quiet, clean, safe and very comfortably furnished. The new pool also makes for a great place to escape from the heat. Jason is a wonderful host and I highly recommend this rental for a single or couple looking for a base to enjoy the area.

What a nice place to stay while visiting friends and Epic Universal. Close to everything 15 min drive or so. Nice bedding and the blankets were a fan favorite. So nicely decorated! The fenced in back yard was great. Beautiful front entrance. Felt like home.
