Apartment holiday rentals in Pimmit Hills

I find this unit to be perfect for me, offering safety and comfort, among other things. It is close to many conveniences. This is my third time staying at Laura's place and I hope it's available for my next trip to the area.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The apartment was spotless and spacious. It had everything needed to enjoy the space. The neat and clean design of the apartment was not only aesthetically pleasing but also very functional. Overall we enjoyed staying at the apartment immensely. Would highly recommend this place.

This was a great place to stay. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud at times and there was some construction going on in one of the neighboring units, but none of that was the host’s fault. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. Would stay here again anytime

Olga's Place was simple to locate in a peaceful neighborhood with easy parking. The space was very clean, well supplied, and as advertised. Communication was positive and answered questions appropriately. I would stay there again.

Me and my fiancé had a great stay and enjoyed the surrounding area. It was very peaceful and the views at night were amazing. Would recommend!

The place was great, everything you could hope for. Separate entrance, the space was large, everything was in the apartment that you needed, very clean, best water pressure ever. I highly recommend this apartment.

We had a fabulous stay at The Happy Tree House. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting and the bed was SO comfortable that even my 6 year old son ended up sleeping until 10am! Janine is an incredible host. She is personable, friendly, and an excellent communicator. I want to plan another trip to the same area specifically so we can stay at The Happy Tree House again. This is our second time staying with Wanda and it was even better than the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need if you like to cook your own food. But if that’s not your thing there are a bunch of fantastic restaurants to choose from within walking distance (the hosts have fantastic recommendations!) The bathroom had more than enough towels and toiletries for the three of us and was well stocked with everything you could need. It’s within walking distance of the university as well as the metro if you want to do some touristy stuff as well (which we did on our last day). The hosts are super responsive and kind and quick to update if anything is wrong. If you’re super comfy girlies like we are, there are plenty of blankets to go around while enjoying the super quaint living room. It’s one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at and has set the bar for every subsequent Airbnb we have stayed in. we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in DC!

Dmytro’s place was clean and comfortable. We liked that it is an end unit townhouse and didn’t hear any sound from the neighbors.

We really enjoyed our stay! Diana was incredibly kind and helpful. The entire place was clean and very functional. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Virginia!

Great stay. Everything was just as described. Host was very proactive and checked in daily. Would definitely stay here again. Didn’t need to move our car the whole stay. Was able to walk or ride metro rail everywhere!

Ashok was friendly and easy to get in touch with. He gave me all the details for check in a couple days in advance so I wasn’t stressed at the last minute. The space was great and near the Metro station so it was easy to get into DC or surrounding areas. Also there is street parking if you have a car. The house was equipped with everything we needed and lots of good sitting areas. The kitchen is a bit tight for making big meals but great for all your basic needs. The outdoor space was great for having morning coffee and enjoying the weather. The sound does travel inside similar to an apartment with upstairs neighbors but his friendly communication made it comfortable to discuss anything if it came up.

Quaint basement studio with ample space and very roomy. Can comfortably sleep 2-3 adults. The most beautiful backyard. Has all the amenities.

Clean. Easy check in and out. Great location; being minutes away from I270 makes venturing out by car as painless as DC traffic can be while also allowing for a day trip to either Baltimore or Gettysburg. Just overall, a very positive stay and definitely recommend.

Tazzy’s place was beautiful! Probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Bed is so comfortable, bathrooms clean and spacious. Tazzy was quick to respond when I reached out. 10/10!

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Great stay in a wonderful studio apartment. Very clean, super friendly and communicative host. Great neighborhood and I definitely will book again!

Katie went above and beyond. In town for the Cubs game and she made sure everything went great. Cant say enough about her. We will def consider again if back in DC. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

We stayed one month at Saber's place. The place had all the basic things we needed. The location was great for using the metro and buses to DC. We walked to Georgetown and National Mall. There were plenty of good restaurants around and Safeway and Target nearby. We were two females, but felt safe walking around the area and even at night. Saber was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to questions.

Place was just as described and worked out great for a place to stay down the street from the Gaylord.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend to others! Great place! Better than the pictures!
