There are 2 cottages with the booking, a 2 bedroom cottage and a one bedroom cottage, adjoining but not interconnected.

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets from your spacious patio and garden. You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

3 Oakham Farm is set on a 120 acre family run farm, in the heart of Warwickshire. Oakham Farm is home to 130 sheep, pigs, a semi friendly farm cat and some beautiful fishing ponds. FREE fishing is included in your stay, you just need to bring your own equipment. A short drive away from Stratford Upon Avon & a 30 minute country walk to the community pub in Loxley Village (or an 8 minute drive). Oakham Farm has good motorway access and is a 30 minute drive to the Cotswolds.

We welcome a maximum of 2 small, well-behaved dogs at this property and charge £35 per pet per stay (invoiced separately).
