I recently visited Goa with my family, and staying at Shilpa's home truly felt like a slice of paradise. The place had every amenity we could possibly need, and Shilpa herself was incredibly warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. She even went above and beyond by letting us check in 3–4 hours early, which was a huge help. The room was spotless and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by another charming guest, Kalu the cat! He’s absolutely adorable and such a sweetheart. Our experience with both Shilpa and Kalu was wonderful, and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. If you're new to Goa, don’t hesitate to ask Shilpa for local recommendations; hers were spot-on and really enhanced our trip.

Perfect stay in Goa with excellent maintenance! This apartment was exactly as advertised - spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Our group of 6 found it very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The location is convenient, with Candolim beach just a 20-25 minute walk away and markets nearby for all essential needs. What really stood out was the exceptional housekeeping service. The cleaning staff came daily and maintained the property to high standards. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. The pictures on the listing are accurate and reflect exactly what you get. If you're planning a trip to Goa, I highly recommend this property. Perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Cozy Stay in Anjuna! Had a wonderful time staying at this lovely and cozy apartment in Anjuna. The place is beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and you can tell that the host genuinely cares about guest comfort – every little detail was taken care of. The support staff were polite and helpful, always available whenever needed. The host was extremely responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout our stay, which made the entire experience even better. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting North Goa – peaceful, well-located, and full of good vibes. Can’t wait to return!

The place was as described in the pictures and detailed description. Our caretakers Rubel was very prompt with the requests or issues. Wi-Fi was giving issues in the initial one day due to heavy rainfall and stormy weather but Rubel sorted that out with another connection. Overall hygiene and cleaniness was amazing. House amenities are all well maintained. The balcony view was great and really comfortable to sit especially on the oval swing.

we stayed for 3 nights everything was upto the mark . Not a single word against this property I personally liked the apartment so much. We had a wonderful stay at Sunaina’s place . We were here with our infant and the place was clean with well equipped kitchen. The surrounding is full of greenery and was very peaceful. Felt like living in nature’s nest!

The place was quite serene. Surrounded by nature and water on all sides, it was a totally relaxing atmosphere. The checkin process was seemless and Seema didi was very attentive. I would recommend this place, if you want to have a peaceful time in Goa.

It's an Awesome experience staying at Angads Casa Gracia, It's exceeded than our expectations and villa is very well maintained in good community. care taker Binod is very helpful assisting us and provided everything what we ask on time and always available in touch. As everything was inplace in Villa itself and provided each and everything and we don't even got a chance to reach Angad at all and care taker Binod take cares everything before even we ask. I definitely recommend staying in Angad's Villa and felt sad leaving this place and looking forward to stay again when we visit Goa.

Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience.
