We stayed at an Airbnb Casa Sqeria, Although the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived early, around 10:00 AM. Initially, we just planned to leave our luggage and explore the area, but the caretaker, Shubham and Joel were incredibly kind and welcoming. They arranged a temporary room for us to freshen up and rest, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The bathroom was neat and well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. We were also given bottled water. The ambience of the place was really beautiful and peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property had a warm, homely vibe. There were friendly dogs on the premises, as well as some fishes and turtles, which added a charming and lively touch to the stay. On the terrace, there was a small but cozy swimming pool, ideal for a quick dip and relaxation. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and the hospitality truly stood out.

Stayed at the place for 3 days. Had a great experience. The manager, Mr. Altaf, and all the other staff were very friendly and proactive in his communication. The place all the amenities one needs. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

It felt warm, welcoming, and elegant all at once. One of the best parts was the building’s swimming pool – clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. My daughter absolutely loved it, and we all enjoyed spending time there. The entire place gave us a peaceful, homely vibe with all the comforts of a premium hotel. The host was also very friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience throughout our stay. We had everything we needed and more. I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb — the space was clean, cozy, and just what I needed for a relaxing break. The location is great, close to all the good spots in Candolim, and the price was very reasonable for the comfort provided. I definitely suggested this place for longer staycation. It’s very clean place also supportive staff over there. We came everyday almost 3 at night but security check has been done properly. Location is also suitable for couples as well as family. Thanks the host Nita for co-operative 😇

The whole experience was great. Farukh and team was efficient, and supported us brilliantly at the stay. We had two cars and they supported parking for both One consideration, the access key, there was only one, it made it a tad inconvenient for our group to move out and about individually. If something could be done about that. A small, maybe insignificant, but in the common bathroom noticed a cobweb and spiders. A slight oversight or just the weather allowing quick house development by the critters.

Stayed here recently and honestly, it was one of the chillest spots I’ve been to. The place has a proper cozy vibe. The interiors are clean and minimal, with nice marble flooring and a spiral staircase that gives it a cool look. Dining space is small but comfy enough for a group. The rooftop is where it really hits different. We did a BBQ session there — grilled some fish over charcoal, proper smoky, proper desi style. The setup isn’t fancy but it works perfectly if you're with the right people. That raw rooftop feel with a bit of smoke, rain in the background — can't beat that. Also, the view from the top is just green hills all around. Woke up, had chai sitting on those white chairs outside — peaceful AF. Rains had just hit, so everything smelled fresh and the wooden deck looked slick. Only small thing — bring your own stuff for grilling and maybe some mosquito spray at night. We had such a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful — she gave us great recommendations on places to visit and things to do, and was always available whenever we needed anything. The home was perfect for our family — I stayed with my husband, our 5-year-old daughter, and my parents, and we all felt so comfortable and welcomed. The highlight was definitely the pool, which our daughter absolutely loved! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. It was a truly lovely experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Nitin's place in Arpora! The location was convenient and peaceful perfect for a relaxing Goan getaway. The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. we booked the place for a short stay and we loved the place. Harmeeta is a super host and was extremely courteous and responsive to all our requests. the place is lovely one of the balcony has a pool view. the pool is wonderful and we enjoyed the same. caretaker chinmay was always available to sort out all small requests. The place is beautifully decorated. we look forward to visiting again.

Loved the place, totally worth the money it has a amazing view of the fields from the balcony. The pool in the building is also very well maintained and we had it to ourselves cause no one else was using it.

Great stay. amenities are great. specially for family with child. kitchen set-up is nice. Host Ayushi is very helpful. even for small thing like Wi-Fi, she specially arranged person to check and corrected. Overall will like to stay there again.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.

My stay at Jen's place was amazing. the flat has all the appliances listed and more. It actyslly looks better in real than in the pictures - it's clean, spacious, bright and airy, plus big balcony with the view on the pools. Both, check-in and check-out, went quickly & smoothly, security guys at the gate are friendly and welcoming. The apartments are located off the main road, so it's peaceful and quiet around, but all you need is 5min walk and you're back to vibrant surrounding full of bars, restaurants etc. Beach is 10-15 min walk away. There are also ATM nearby (always useful) and taxi stand in case if you wanna get somewhere farther. But most importantly - Jen is a star! we kept in touch during my stay, she is friendly, was extremely helpful on multiple occasions, her English is top-notch, so the communications was brilliant, and there was never any issues. I highly highly recommend! 👍🙂
