Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Studio apartment in a residence surrounded by greenery, overlooking Mont Blanc. Slopes can be reached in a few minutes on foot through a shortcut that passes in front of the church of Pila. Facing south with a sunny terrace. Large outdoor condominium space. Private parking space in the condominium garage and very large adjoining cellar for ski, boot, bike and luggage storage. Playground. There is a soccer field and a tennis court but for any use you have to ask at the concierge.

Beautiful apartment with a view of Mont Blanc

We stayed in summer. The location is beautiful, and relatively near to main attractions and mountains in Val d'Aosta. The little backyard has a stunning view of the mountain range, and the apartment itself ends up being more comfortable than it initially looks like. The welcome by the residence concierge was not very friendly, and the complex itself is quite unusual if you are not used to ski resorts from that decade. Cristina is a helpful and very responsive host. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place in the mountains.

Amazing stay at Giorgio’s place. The 6 of us (3 kids) have just returned from a great stay at Giorgio’s place in Pila. Giorgio was very helpful throughout. The place is great, we managed to ski to and from the door! The apartment is very warm, clear and peaceful. I highly recommend a car as the location is remote - we took an suv with 4x4 and was fine to use on the snowy drive (mid Feb). Giorgio was always happy to help and remained flexible for a really late checkin (sorry Giorgio) and an early departure. I have nothing but positive remarks for the stay… I highly recommend for anyone wishing to stay for winter skiing, summer biking/walking or just a general stay in beautiful surroundings.
