Stefano was very helpful with information provided about the apartment, he responded quickly and was friendly. Also flexible about check in and checking out times. A good location with nice restaurants and lots of places to have a few drinks The apartment was neat and tidy, we felt safe and we were able to keep cool when sleeping at night. It had all the amenities you could need for a short stay, we did not cook ourselves but the option was available Would certainly come again, Thanks for a lovely stay

Nice, clean, functional and decorative house. You can reach the center in a short time with the metro station near the markets. Only at night there can be noise due to the close proximity of the bars. They are kind and quick to respond. I recommend them.

The home was cozy, clean, and even nicer than the photos. The lovely green space outside made us feel relaxed after spending full days exploring Rome. Matteo and his mother were so kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. I’d happily recommend this place to friends and would love to stay here again when visiting Rome.

Logement très bien équipé et conforme aux photos. L’accès est simple par les transports en communs (bus et tramways à 30 m). Cristina a été très sympathique avant et tout au long du séjour.

Matteo was a great host, was a very wholesome stay, the vibes were amazing! Respectful, kind and gave us tips. Location was super cool! Very interesting to explore this new area, I had already been to Rome before but only stayed in the more central locations, loved this new location more in the south east of the city. So if you are looking to get sea from that is great. The house was super clean, super comfortable, spacious and new! Loved it. 10/10 Thank you Matteo! 🇮🇹🌟

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour chez Andrea, c’est un hôte exceptionnel : bienveillant, attentionné, dévoué, d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Rome ! L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se sentir comme chez soi. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et agréable du début à la fin. Il s’est montré disponible et réactif à chaque instant, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Le quartier est charmant, vivant mais calme, avec de nombreux cafés, restaurants, un supermarché au coin de la rue, et une station de métro à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Il est très facile de rejoindre les principaux sites touristiques grâce aux nombreuses lignes de bus et transports à proximité. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Rome !

Marta was a lovely host, she was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was perfect for us, it was spacious, comfortable and exactly as described. The location is a bit further from the centre but with a 72 hour travel ticket we found it so easy to use the metro/bus/tram which were all within minutes of the apartment and ran late into the night. We had an amazing trip and would definitely recommend Martas apartment!

布局合理细节：房间的空间规划动线清晰，功能区划分明确，我们两人入住很宽敞，即使我们行李多也不觉得拥挤。家具摆放恰到好处，既充分利用了空间，又保证了走动方便。 管家沟通效率这点必须重点表扬！管家简直是“秒回”典范，我们的疑问管家几乎总是在**10分钟之内**就给出清晰、有用的答复。提升了我们的入住体验。 对于带着大小行李箱的游客来说，有电梯绝对是个巨大的加分项！尤其是在罗马这样充满石板路的城市，游玩一天后能轻松把行李运回房间。 选择住在这里（斗兽场附近）是我们此行最明智的决定之一！只需轻松步行几分钟就能到达宏伟的斗兽场。夕阳的金光洒在古老的石墙上，那种震撼感难以言表，晚上亮灯后的夜景也别有风情。 家门口几步路就有公交站，这为我们的行程规划提供了极大的灵活性。特别是有两晚安排在罗马，早上可以悠闲地睡醒，在附近享受个地道早餐，然后从容地坐上公交车出发，就能直达市中心的其他核心景点（比如万神殿、纳沃纳广场、西班牙台阶）等。

El departamento era tal cual las fotos, muy agradable y con todas las comodidades que necesitábamos. La anfitriona muy amable, nos dejó entrar antes al departamento y nos dió todas las recomendaciones de supermercados y restaurantes cercanos. Muy cerca de la estación de termini!

Рокко встретил и отвёз на своей машине до квартиры, оставил нам кофе, конфеты и просеку , рассказал, на каком трамвае добраться до метро, показал магазины и фруктовые лавки. Также скинул адреса замечательных ресторанов. Вечером после ужина встречали уже знакомых собачников, а продавцы магазинов махали нам издалека. Рокко всегда был на связи, по любому вопросу. Надеюсь, что наше пребывание ему также не доставило никаких хлопот. Если поедет семья с детьми, то диван-раскладушка-супер удобный. Соседи тихие, ночью спокойно. Всё продумано до мелочей, фен, утюг, кофеварка, различные кастрюли и сковородки. Рим -город , в который нужно будет возвращаться. И я с радостью снова остановлюсь у Рокко!

Nous avons apprécié d’être dans la cour intérieure de l’immeuble. Au calme pendant que la rue d’à côté était très animée. Quartier très sympathique en soirée. Hôtesses charmantes, bienveillantes et réactives. Mignon petit appartement proches des transports pour visiter le centre de Rome. Merci à Alessandra et Agata 😊 Nous avons passé un excellent week-end

Me gustó el departamento, bien ubicado , en autobús línea 105 desde termi o por metro Pigneto , tienes zonas de restaurantes de comida Italia muy recomendables y a precios razonables , supermercados saliendo del metro . En general excelente opción . Volveré.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. This level of personalized service made our trip so much smoother an

La estadía fue muy linda. Nos sentimos muy cómodos en el departamento. El mismo era funcional y quedaba cerca del metro. El ascensor era un poco chico al ser un edificio viejo pero se podia usar sin problemas. Destacamos la hospitalidad de los anfitriones. El lugar estaba limpio y buen cuidado. El aire acondicionado nos sirvió mucho. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!!
