Apartment holiday rentals in Pigneto, Rome

Marta was a lovely host, she was very friendly and responsive. The apartment was perfect for us, it was spacious, comfortable and exactly as described. The location is a bit further from the centre but with a 72 hour travel ticket we found it so easy to use the metro/bus/tram which were all within minutes of the apartment and ran late into the night. We had an amazing trip and would definitely recommend Martas apartment!

Great stay. Very very responsive and helpful hosts. They were super flexible with accommodating us, even though we had very late evening flights. The neighborhood is cute and away from crowded central Rome. There is live music almost every night next door. The hosts also provided us with subway maps and food recommendations. Great hosts!

The home was cozy, clean, and even nicer than the photos. The lovely green space outside made us feel relaxed after spending full days exploring Rome. Matteo and his mother were so kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. I’d happily recommend this place to friends and would love to stay here again when visiting Rome.

Very well-equipped accommodation and consistent with the photos. Access is easy by public transport (bus and tram 30 m away). Cristina was very friendly before and throughout the stay.

The apartment was easy to access, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made my stay extremely comfortable. The host was welcoming and took the time to show me around the property, as well as recommend excellent local restaurants and shops. With a bus stop located less than a minute away, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly choose to stay here again on future visits to Rome.

Matteo was a great host, was a very wholesome stay, the vibes were amazing! Respectful, kind and gave us tips. Location was super cool! Very interesting to explore this new area, I had already been to Rome before but only stayed in the more central locations, loved this new location more in the south east of the city. So if you are looking to get sea from that is great. The house was super clean, super comfortable, spacious and new! Loved it. 10/10 Thank you Matteo! 🇮🇹🌟

Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Everything was super clean, to a point you wouldn’t want to touch anything to make it dirty, bus stop to colleseum without change, and also metro to the termini without change. This place is for you if you want nightlife

Our two-night stay at MamaRoma could not have been better! Bright and spacious, we were excited to return home after busy days on our feet. Daniela personally welcomed us and was very thorough in her explanations and recommendations of the surrounding area, which is both peaceful and only a stone’s throw from the city’s biggest attractions. Such an amazing spot to avoid jet lag - we relaxed on the terrace as we had our private spot to enjoy the Rome panorama penthouse Short walk here & there adjusting to the time difference The views were so delightful whilst having drinks outside - away from the crowds

Really good Place to stay in Rome . The apartment has a good connection to the public transport service . Pigneto is a nice place to stay , safe . A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. Gabriel was always fast to respond . I would 100% recommend it .

The apartment is very charming and located only 30 minutes (by metro) from the city centre and is located in a beautiful area. Roberto was a very responsive host and we highly recommend staying here !

This apartment is in a lovely neighborhood just outside Rome with lovely restaurants, bars, and atmosphere. We were able to easily take public transport to the centre of Rome for sightseeing everyday and return in the evening for a peaceful meal and to escape the crowds. The apartment is spotless and has everything you need, and Rocco was an exemplary host - giving us many local recommendations, being always responsive and even driving us to the apartment from the central station which was very much appreciated. He was also a lovely guy.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. This was a great apartment. Great patio, nice, clean and spacious. Loved the neighborhood. They were great hosts-allowing us to drop our bags early was a big plus. Gave us a great list of recommendations. Terrific to have a washing machine! Perfect. Thank you for the great stay.

Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.
