Holiday rentals with a patio in Pieve

An amazing place that afforded the best opportunity to explore Malcesine and other close by towns. Location truly allowed for relaxation and enjoyment. Great access to the tram to Monte Baldo allowing access to many outdoor activities. The home was amazing and was exactly as described. We easily made meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the patio while eating, relaxing and napping. Beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful nights rest. We would absolutely stay here again!

Pasqualina hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt und super sauber. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr idyllisch, hier kann man sich auf jeden Fall super entspannen. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr ruhig und man hat einen tollen Ausblick. Pasqualina ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin mit der man immer wieder schöne Gespräche führen kann, sieh steht für Fragen immer zur Verfügung und ist wirklich Hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder zu Pasqualina kommen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser tollen Wohnung sehr genossen! Die Lage und der herrliche Ausblick von der Terasse aus zum See ist einfach nur super! Die Wohnung ist top in Schuss. Klimaanlage und Geräte funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Für Fragen war jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner für uns da. Besonders schön war der Liegeplatz am See. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur extrem sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, sondern bot auch einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den Gardasee – einfach unvergesslich! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war blitzschnell und herzlich. Man merkt sofort, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail hier alles gestaltet ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Diese Unterkunft ist ein echtes Juwel – wir kommen definitiv wieder! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

It’s such a nice place to stay

Wir hatten 4 tolle Tage in Malcesine in der supersauberen, hellen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Abende mit Blick auf den Gardasee vom Balkon mit Outdoor Möbeln war spektakulär. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ramona war eine proaktive, hilfreiche und immer erreichbare Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great stay at this apartment! Walkable to all the local restaurants and to the ferry. Able to park our car in the garage on site. The host was super responsive whenever we had a question. Near a busy street but nice and quiet inside. Good air conditioning (important in sunny Italy). Wonderful having the washing machine in the apartment. Hope to return someday.

The little house in Lina's garden is delightful. Doors open out to beautiful greenery. Lina is a friendly, generous and gracious host. Located a lovely 20minute walk along the river to the Centro Storico, it's a really calm and relaxing place to stay. A real joy. Thank you, Lina.

Logement très agréable et impeccable. Quartier calme. Proche de Verona en voiture. Hote très réactif et disponible. N’hésitez pas pour une escapade à Verona et les nombreux vignobles à proximité.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Gerade für Kleinkinder ist auch der Spielplatz super. Direkt von Haus aus kann man mit Wanderung starten oder auch Klettern gehen. Uns ist noch aufgefallen dass das Haus etwas hellhörig ist, hat uns aber wenig gestört. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit!

La casa es muy bonita. Igual o mejor a cómo se vé en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario. nos encantó.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei Silvia in Capo di Ponte. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen mit Kind und Hund eine hervorragende Option. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war sehr gut. In capo di Ponte ist nicht viel los, im Umkreis gibt es viele Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Ruhe tat gut. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Nicola. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und die Aussicht ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig erhöht und wir empfehlen ein Auto, um nach Bardolino zu gehen. Bardolino ist mit Kindern und Hund ebenfalls super. Es hat einen Hundespielplatz und viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Highlight war der kleine Bummelzug.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. L’appartement était bien agencé et pensé de façon pratique. La localisation était parfaite, proche du centre mais assez calme. Nous avons fortement apprécié la place de parking sécurisée. En résumé, nous recommandons ce logement !

Wspaniałe miejsce, komfortowe, przestronne, bardzo zadbane i przygotowane dla gości. Widok z tarasu wprost na jezioro Garda i góry robią niesamowite wrażenie, a zieleń i śpiew ptaków pozwalają oderwać się od rzeczywistości. Sarah jest super gospodarzem, bardzo troskliwym odpisujacym wręcz natychmiast na wiadomości. Otrzymaliśmy super dokładne wskazówki jak trafić oraz rekomendacje co zwiedzać w okolicy. Na miejscu przywitała nas przemiła MariaAngela, która wręczyła nam klucze i wszystko objaśniła. Poza tym jest to świetna lokalizacja niedaleko cudownego Malcesine. Dziękujemy Sarah&MariaAngela. Great location, especially if plan to walk around the city. If parking a car, the garage is about a 5 min walk away and directions were confusing at first - took 30 mins to find based on address provided (hint: would route gps to restaurant across the street) However, Denis waited and showed us exact location. Provided extensive in-person tour of place when checking in and location recommendations. Great bakery near by - highly recommend stopping in. Courtyard was lovely, great for our son to run around and also to have a glass of wine/morning coffee, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. All essentials were provided.

It is a beautiful home, equipped with everything you need to make for a fabulous vacation in Garda. The space is light and comfortable with great AC and comfortable beds. The location is the perfect jumping off point to explore all the adorable towns on Lake Garda. Pier Giuseppe was super responsive and offered great videos on everything having to do with the house. The photos online represent the house exactly with full amenities including a washer and even a dryer, which is rare in Europe. The only suggestion I would have is to add a coffee table in the living room, which is definitely a missing element to enjoy the space more. We would definitely rent this home again!

Rahatlıkla 5 kişi konaklayabilir. Ev temiz düzenli idi. Mutfak malzemeleri bir çok yemeği yapmak için yeterli idi. Ev arena di Verona ya yürüyerek 15 dk , 1,3 km. Ancak yürürken geçtiğiniz güzergah zaten gezilecekler listesinde olduğu için keyifli bir yürüyüş oluyor . Herşey makul yeterliydi.

Wir waren eine Woche da, war alles super wie auf den Fotos, aber wie auch beschrieben ohne Auto geht da nichts, außer man ist Radsportler. 😅 sehr ruhig, man hört aber die Gastgeber ein bisschen tagsüber wenn sie zuhause sind aber sonst ist komplett ruhig.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Roberto. La résidence, avec piscine, est très agréable. L'appartement est très bien pour un séjour en famille et très bien situé. Propre et bien équipé. Le parking privé est très appréciable également. Roberto est toujours réactif et donne de bonnes adresses à proximité, merci encore ! Nous avons adoré la pizza "frite" recommandée .

Beatrice was the most welcoming host ever. It’s hard to say which thing was more impressive - Beatrice’s impeccable attention to detail, the unique architecture or the incredible view. If we could give a higher rating we would. Our plan was to travel more around Italy but opted out and stayed at Punta Dina. If we ever get back to the beautiful, mountainous Lake Garda, Beatrice’s Punta Dina will be the place for us!

De ruimte was lekker ruim en fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren. We hoefden niet op elkaar te wachten. Je kon in de buurt gratis parkeren, was in ons geval handig omdat de prive parkeerplaats te krap was voor onze auto. Op zaterdag is er een markt voor de deur waar van alles te vinden is. Je moet opletten dat je je auto tijdig weghaalt. Enig minpuntje vonden wij dat digitale slot. Was vooral bij aankomst lastig je hebt je mobiel en internet nodig en de hele lange hal en dubbele entree deur. Verder was het een fijne nette en ruime woning in een woonwijk.
