Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

We felt at home, we stayed 3 days, with our dogs, without going out except to do the shopping!! Well-kept garden, clean swimming pool, professional barbecue ready to use... what else to say?? If you need to disconnect, this solution is undoubtedly the best. Veronica is always ready to answer any questions, very nice and helpful... we had a small problem but she immediately took action to resolve it promptly... We will definitely be back!

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

Matteo's house is excellent! A wonderful swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! You can sit outside. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused the floor cooling to stop working. Immediately, it was arranged that we would get mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. This place is just magical! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Gabriella and Elena made everything run smoothly and were always there when we needed something. We stayed for 4 nights with three families with kids and still felt the peace and quiet of the surroundings. The house is very big with a great pool, soccer field, swings, ping pong and fussball table. We ordered meat from the local butcher and had amazing BBQs surrounded by the beautiful nature of the house. We even saw fireflies in the garden! On our last night we had dinner in a restaurant that Gabriella recommended it was the perfect end to the trip. We‘ll all remember this trip for a long time. 🌿💚🌿

Silvia and her family were very nice and warm and we were greeted with a champagne. The accommodation was wonderful and perfectly maintained. The house was clean and very cozy. Above all, the outdoor area was a dream. There were many opportunities to relax and lie by the pool. We didn't miss anything and we felt absolutely comfortable. We highly recommend the place.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing time! Patrizia made us feel so welcome and was at hand to help us with any questions we had. The house is beautiful, incredibly clean and has an incredible view. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We had a great time here. The appartment, right next to the forest, has a fantastic outside space and is also spatious inside. Everything you need is there (airco, well equipped kitchen, etc). Multiple lounge chairs in the garden and we could even pick tomatoes and blackberries. Roberto is incredibly nice and we felt very well taken care of. He was very responsive and super flexible with our late arrival. There was also a lot of food and he even gave us fresh breads multiple times and homemade focaccia. Yes, the road to the cottage is a bit of a challenge (steep, unpaved and crosses a small river) but Roberto shows you exactly how to drive it so it is definitely doable. Some days we just parked down the road and walked up which also worked fine. The only downsides we could think of were the barking dogs in the neighbourhood and the slightly slow wifi. But that was definitely worth it for this amazing stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Escape. Innocenta and Fabio were very generous and hospitable. They picked us up from the bus station and gave us local recommendations. The place is clean and the AC works well in the bedroom. The location is incredible and you really can’t beat the views for the price. Varenna is a beautiful city, Innocenta and Fabio make it feel like home. Hopefully we will be back!

The local restaurant is great, the condo is perfect for a couple, and the neighborhood is truly special.

Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

Absolutely beautiful location. The cats and the dog were so so cute and friendly. A great space with all the amenities you would need. The town is extremely quaint and charming as well. The best part of our stay however was the host’s father, enrico - who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay: he offered us fresh berries and herbs from his garden and even showed us a beautiful creek to swim in. I highly highly recommend.

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience. The comfort, functionality, and scenery were all next level. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Como, this place is an absolute gem. We were genuinely sad to leave
