Taverna former renovated carpentry recently beamed ceiling, new bathroom with large shower, an armchair, a large double bed measuring 190x165, a sofa that becomes a bed measuring 120x200 a square and a half, TV, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave . Fabulous experience!! We were for my daughter's study reasons but it was a fabulous stay: attentive and accurate and caring host.The house with three airs is very airy modern and clean apartment, equipped and essential kitchen as a whole.Flexibility of check-in and out by the host.For fairness, I report some steps to get to the apartment only for those like me who may have mobility problems. Beautiful view of the Marche hills and tranquility ! Well-served area a few minutes away by car. Overall we recommend the experience and the host !! As soon as possible we can come back !!!

We were a group of 13 persons that stayed for one week. The house and surroundings was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The pool area was very nice with a good view over the hilly landscape, and we had dinners by the wood oven/grill. We also got local recommendations from the hosts. It has been easy to communicate with the hosts. We highly recommend this place.

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!
