Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Piedimonte Etneo

Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. Francesca and Sebastian were incredible, super friendly and available. thank you and until next time, Ciaoo!

Attilio heeft werkelijk voor alles gezorgd in dit smaakvol ingericht appartement. Je komt hier niets tekort, volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine, usb-kabels voor het opladen van alle apparatuur, droogrek op het terras,. Het appartement ligt op het gelijkvloers, heeft een heel groot terras met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee, twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer. Ondergronds is er een garage. Wij kwamen aan op een feestdag waardoor het ’s avonds lawaaierig op straat was. Maar door het sluiten van de ramen en rolluiken werd het geluid goed gedempt. De kleine attenties (fles water in de koelkast, snoepjes en knabbels, koffiepads, zeep voor de wasmachine, shampoo en zeep in de badkamers) en de vele tips maken van Attilio een perfecte gastheer. Dit is een echte aanrader!!

Ficamos duas semanas hospedados. Nosso deslocamento para o centro de catania e para as estações de trem e ônibus foram feitas tanto pelo Metro como a pé. Existem dois supermercados proximos e uma cafeteria ao lado da porta do predio. O transito de veiculos no local é bastante intenso mas o isolamento acustico das janelas é muito eficiente no isolamento do ruido externo.

Appartement très spacieux, bien équipé et avec une terrasse agréable au soleil le midi. Le centre du village est proche pour commerces et très bonnes pizzas! Domenico et sa sœur ont été charmant merci.

Ho passato un weekend presso Royal apartment, l'host è professionale e disponibile. Ho avuto l'esigenza di effettuare il check-in prima dell'orario indicato e nel giro di 30 minuti mi ha reso l'appartamento disponibile. Appartamento impeccabile, soddisfa ogni comfort e in una zona strategica dove con una breve passeggiata è possibile raggiungere il centro città, i locali e la stazione centrale. Decisamente consigliato

Appartamento in zona centrale, comodo per spostarsi a piedi e visitare alcune delle zone più belle della città. Molto luminoso e colorato con tutto il necessario. Ottima qualità delle finestre che permettono di limitare i rumori esterni pur stando stando in centro città. Host Alessandra (e la mamma!) molto reattiva e sempre disponibile! 😀

Wunderschöne, neue Unterkunft mit tollem Balkon und herrlicher (Gemeinschafts-)Dachterrasse. Kommunikation mit Roberta war top, sie hat sich um alles super schnell gekümmert. Lage ist strategisch gut für Ausflüge zum Ätna oder nach Taormina. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer vor dem Haus oder in einer Straße ums Eck (am Wasser) gefunden.

Apartamentul este exact ca in fotografii, descrierea este exacta si totul a fost impecabil. Gazde super receptive, proactive si pregatite pentru orice situatie. Locuinta este curata, ingrijita si dotata cu orice este necesar pentru o sedere de vacanta, intr-un mediu confortabil. Recomandam si vom reveni cu orice ocazie!

We had a great stay in Tina’s place. Tina was always very helpful and very quick to respond to requests. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. To sit outside and listen to nightingales singing, scops owls calling at night and many more birds was fantastic. The only other noise was the bells on the cows as they came past the house to go for a drink. The flowers along the tracks are gorgeous. The place has a fantastic ambience. A wonderful relaxing retreat. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Appartamento ampio e ben immobiliato. Pulizia impeccabile e host molto reattivo e cordiale. Quartiere carino, non troppo centrale ma ben collegato, tranquillo e ricco di opzioni se non si vuole arrivare in centro per un aperitivo/cena. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente conveniente. Consigliatissimo.

Gabriella est très sympathique et très bonne communication. le logement est très bien, parfait à 4. très propre et bien aménagé.

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

Francesco was a great host. He replied for our questions quickly and recommended some good restaurants and attractions with useful information. The apartment is close to the train station, supermarkets and the main attractions are also in a walkable distance through the Via Etnea. The furnitures was nice, new and clean. The house was pretty well equiped. I highly recommend the apartment and Francesco.

Very helpful and communicative host. The property is in very good condition, with all modern conveniences and very clean and tidy. Location is within walking distance of the city centre. No hesitation in recommending this host and property.

A perfect stay – above and beyond expectations! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. But what truly made the experience special was the amazing host – thoughtful, generous, and always available to help. We were especially touched by the warm gesture of fresh, local croissants delivered in the morning – such a lovely surprise! Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back again. Alessandra and her husband met us at check-in. We got in late 10:00 pm, they saved us from a very long journey with food! They are so accommodating and thoughtful 💕 The house is everything you could ask for. We utilized all 3 outside areas everyday. The front for breakfast and sunrise, the back for the grill, which we used alot, and the fabulous rooftop for dinner and cocktails. The private neighborhood is filled with gorgeous homes/villas. We drove everywhere from up north, to down south, even to Palermo, all about 2-2 1/2 hours from the house. Evenings are quiet, only the sounds of the 🌊 sea. We will definitely be back. Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Jean was great meeting us and showing where to park and giving us a run down of the house. The property is well located and quiet, the decor not modern but works well with a fully equipped kitchen.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Genoten van een week in het appartement van Emanuele. Alles aanwezig , brandschoon en het ziet eruit zoals op de foto’s. Emanuele is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zoekt voor aankomstdatum al contact. Hij deed zijn best om ons iets eerder in het appartement toe te laten en hielp bij vinden van parkeerplaats. Kortom top!

El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos. Las camas son cómodas, al igual que las almohadas, y el baño es amplio, con dos lavabos, lo cual resulta muy práctico. La ubicación es excelente: está cerca del centro de Catania y a solo 10 minutos caminando de la estación de tren y autobuses. Además, Diego ha sido siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. ¡Un trato de 10!

Wir haben 3 Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung war 10/10 sauber, gut und funktionell ausgestattet und hat sehr lecker frisch geduftet 🙂 Marco, unser Gastgeber, war zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen und hat uns zuvorkommend behandelt. Auch hat er uns extra nochmal ganz viel leckeren Kaffee zur Zubereitung vorbei gebracht und sozusagen aufs Haus geschenkt. Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön; zwei Straßen vom Hafen entfernt.
