Holiday rentals with a kayak in Pickens County

Great, cozy spot with an awesome deck. Clean, recently updated interior. Ellen was a great host — very helpful and went above and beyond multiple times! The best. Recommend staying here for sure!

I’m tempted to write a bad review so more dates will be available when I’m ready to come back. This was our 2nd visit and it was great again. So much to do without leaving the house. Fishing, kayaking, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, foosball, fire pit, board games, etc. Great price too! The only problem this time was that the WiFi was a bit spotty, even after a couple resets. Probably for the best though! Looking forward to our next visit soon hopefully.

Brian was too notch! A couple very very minor hiccups but he is In the top 1% of communication !! You will glad you chose Brian’s place for all the obvious good things but if anything remotely isn’t right HE IS ON IT! Nice work Brian hope to stay again soon

This trip was a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday, and exceeded my expectations. We had a great time! One of the best experiences we've had so far. We loved the lake in the backyard. He fished morning, afternoon and night and caught many nice size fish. The pool table was a great addition, after the sun went down. We actually were able to relax and enjoy a quiet weekend, fishing, playing pool, and watching movies as planned and expected. Our hostess was the sweetest. We really enjoyed ourselves and definitely want to come back. Everything was great.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean, including the bathrooms. The kitchen was very nice and well planned. The beds were comfortable and the linens were of very good quality. The small front porch was cozy and added to our enjoyment. Andy, our hist, was very responsive to any inquiry. We would recommend staying here.

The house is exactly as pictured. They have plenty of towels for outdoor use and inside. The super host had all of the extras such as dinnerware, coffee maker, wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans measuring cups, paper plates, aluminium foil, and goodies in the refrigerator. There are extra bedding materials and blankets upstairs and downstairs. I washed clothes and they also had laundry detergent. This super host thought of what a girl needs. One thing to note is reception. I lost reception the closer I drove into the neighborhood. I had to drive back towards the entrance to screenshot the instructions to enter the home. I have verizon and was unable to make calls until I was logged into their network. After that I was all good for the weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. There is a local ran gas station right before the entrance and it closes at 7pm if you need anything quick. The publix is a little further. This place is an awesome getaway and everything pictured.

We had a great time renting this place for the long weekend! House had plenty of space and all necessary items for our stay. Big Canoe was great as usual, and we’ll certainly be back!

The place was clean and well kept. The cabin was well decorated and seemed like it was well taken care of. The location was great with the multiple activities you can do in the area.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The surrounding beauty was breathtaking, and the house provided everything we required to prepare a Christmas meal for nine guests. The spacious and immaculate accommodations made our stay truly memorable.

Raul and Arlene were amazing hosts! Their cabin was stunningly clean and incredibly inviting!! We absolutely loved our time there. Everyone slept comfortably too! The pool table was a huge hit with our group! We would 100% recommend their beautiful cabin!! Truly, I think it was the cleanest/ tidiest cabin we’ve ever rented!

This was a wonderful place to stay at. They had music playing when I checked in and it felt so peaceful as soon as I arrived. There were plenty of beds and great places to gather together for larger parties. The kitchen is fully stocked with so many pots and pans and tools. Bathrooms were clean and the master bathroom was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this retreat space!

It was a wondeful, comfortable home. The house was so large and roomy and accompanied our large group. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

We had an issue with the refrigerator not working upon arrival. We immediately contacted the owner who responded quickly. They helped solve the issue by letting us use another rentals refrigerator 2 doors down. It was a bit inconvenient but workable.

Our family really enjoyed fishing, hiking, and relaxing! The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out and the gorgeous views from the porch were great! The beds were all very comfortable. The only negative for us was there were no blinds or curtains on the bedroom windows which meant everyone including kids were up with the sun.
