House holiday rentals in Pickens County

If you want a secluded house in the middle of the mountains - this is your place! it takes about 20 minutes once you get through the private entrance into the park to get to the home, so bring dramamine if you get car sick! Georgia CFY is actually a 3rd party booking company. We had to change our initial booking dates, and they had a mission figuring it out.. I would suggest booking straight through Georgia CYF instead of using airbnb. The house was awesome and huge! Views were great!

My dream place ! The house was very comfy and pretty as the description, The surroundings Exceed my expectations I love to be in the woods, we felt very safe and welcome 🤗. The tray roads was Amazing and the river my favorite . I love my stay I would like to come back for summer I know my kids will live it . I loved the big canoe community is too pretty . The house have all the liners very clean , the only suggestion is to clean the BBQ and the over deck better . In the area you can see the dears and birds that make the sound during morning and make me enjoy more my coffee time. I recommend this place 100 % percent .

Wonderful multilevel home for an extended family trip. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the pool table and dart set was a nice addition for family fun. We enjoyed eating out in the screened in porch.

We had an amazing stay! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something in the Big Canoe area. Check-in was super easy and the house had everything we needed. The screened-in deck and the outer-deck with the Adirondack chairs were both big hits! There were also lots of great trails and amenities located within Big Canoe.

Beautiful home with plenty of space to gather or split up. Lots to do, although it rained the whole time. Nevertheless we hiked and fished. It was a bit pricey for us for 3 nights, but worth it when you consider we there were nine of us and it was a last minute holiday booking. The hosts were very helpful when we contacted them about minor matters.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Patricia's mountain lodge! We have to say the pictures do not do it justice. The lodge is situated so that you have privacy and a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge mountains. There were 11 adults in our party, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and not crowd one another. The main living area had plenty of seating options for us to congregate to watch TV and/or play family games. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was perfect for fixing large meals (the additional kitchen came in extremely handy as well). The outdoor living space had a gorgeous fire pit that was used on many of the chilly nights. There is a hot tub that was clean and ready for use. Darts and corn hole were also available. Just so much to do and so much to see! We highly recommend this location for anyone's family or friend gathering.

The place was nice with a great view of the mountain side and a nice flowing creek after some rain. We really enjoyed the indoor fireplace, the games for kids, and the views from the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen was a bit bare in terms of dishes and kitchen utensils and some of the carpet showed that the place was pet friendly, but besides that it was a great stay for a large family.

We loved our stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

Highly recommend staying at Jose’s place. You will be very happy with the comfortable space and the incredibly peaceful and beautiful setting. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Jose’s communication was perfect and easy.

Sarah was great to work with and the cabin was just adorable.

Absolutely beautiful outside and the inside was well furnished and decorated so nicely! Great gift basket and the cherry on top was the 240 volt charging that was so very convenient with day trips every day! We also utilized the games some in the evening. Pop’s House made our trip to Georgia even more enjoyable and relaxing!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Nick was great at communicating! This space is really nice with plenty of games to play and lots of amenities! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed!

We had bad weather but it was the perfect cabin to stay in and watch the rain and enjoy each other’s company! The kids loved it! Very peaceful and beautiful scenery!

This home was so spacious and clean. We had 10 people there with plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking. The kids and adults loved the Pac Man machine and there were multiple other games there as well. It was decorated beautifully and the beds were super comfortable! The view of the sunrise was amazing as well. the hot tub worked perfectly. We had such a great stay and would highly recommend!

this place is perfect! the view from the patio is beautiful! it's quiet, and out of the way. I loved my stay, the bathtub was soo relaxing! I will hopefully be able to rent again in the near future. Sharyn was the sweetest! I highly recommend this place over many other locations I've stayed in the area.

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location in Big Canoe! It has a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains that you can enjoy from within the house that has large windows to look out or while soaking in the hot tub on the back deck. There are lots of hiking trails and I highly recommend the lower falls! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

Had a great time was in town for a wedding at the Tate House. Had our rehearsal dinner at Old Mule House in Jasper. Would highly recommend, great to work with.. The Tate House is Beautiful BUT Terrible Staff and management. Would never use again.....Sorry for included but Hope it helps someone dodge all the rudeness of the place.

Great home in Big Canoe! Close to the golf course and easy to get to several hiking trails. House was clean and plenty spacious for four adults. Very peaceful.

Kevin is a terrific host. He was very responsive to our inquiries and made sure we had the perfect stay at Big Canoe. We thoroughly enjoyed our at The Craftsman Lodge and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

Beautiful and big house, very comfortable for many families. This is the second year we've come to Big Canoe and we love this place and the amount of things to do. The house is comfortable, clean and has everything you need for the days you're here.

So glad we stayed here for the weekend. With rocking chairs on the front porch, the beautifully renovated Lake home offers the comforts of a new home and the nostalgic feel of a rustic getaway. The living room and dining area had lots of seating. The open floor plan meant making breakfast or dinner in the fully furnished kitchen with the set of quality cookware didn’t separate us from the rest of the family. it was getting a bit warm outside, but the air conditioning did a great job keeping us cool. The bedrooms had clean bedding and plenty of outlets for electronics. The smart TVs allowed us to connect to our preferred streaming services. The bathrooms were nicely renovated. The outdoors was beautifully lit at night, allowing us to sit on the back deck, at the fire pit, or walk down the stairs to the dock in the warm glow of continuous lighting. The deck had great seating as well as a covered area and umbrellas for shaded areas to sit on a sunny day. Look forward to return!
