What a wonderful introduction to this beautiful country! Marta and Enrique are a charming host couple with a wealth of knowledge and helpful suggestions. - A lovely hideaway where you can relax in a quaint country setting, all the while indulging in local culture and activities!

Very nice place, there is a lot of birdwatching and the food is spectacular.

I went to this place as a transfer - it is a bit far from actual Quito city. I think it was perfect for my transfer. The Tumbaco bus station is very close. Jairo was very kind, picked me up from the airport and drove me to nearby bus station / shops. As a woman traveling alone, it made me feel safe. He also gave me lots of ideas of things to do in the area. The house itself is beautiful with a gorgeous coffee plantation and kind staff. My room was clean, and the facilities (bathroom and dining room) were excellent. There is a shopping mall 10-15min walk. The neighborhood is quiet at night.

My dad and I wanted a place outside of the center yet still close enough to get the buses. Wilson’s mom Dina allowed me to use her kitchen to cook my own food. My dad and I had a very peaceful sleep and enjoying eating dinner and breakfast with both of Wilson’s parents. We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Absolutely recommended . The house is very unique and the location is superb. The design is right out of an architectural magazine and the decor is very tasteful . The rooms are large and very comfortable . Some have amazing views of the volcanos . The common areas are very cozy and inviting . Wifi worked well and the showers were fantastic . The caretaker/cool are very helpful and friendly and made our stay special . I would definitely come back !

I cannot say enough good things about the hacienda. It was exactly what we needed, a private, safe, peaceful place outside the city. Manuel, the caretaker of the farm, was amazing and always available for whatever we needed. Though the place is in nature, it was still only a 5 minute drive to town and groceries, plus a perfect launching point for all the different things to do and see in the area. Our kids played all over the 12 hectare property, climbing trees, running through fields, jumping on the trampoline, and enjoying the animals. The views of the mountains were incredible!! We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend, I hope we get to return in the future.

La Hacienda is beautiful, very welcoming and has all amenities. In addition, it has a beautiful visit to the valley and the garden is very well maintained. Francisco is very kind and attentive to everything. It really is a beautiful place to breathe fresh air, disconnect, and at the same time enjoy a very nice house.

The cabin was the place to be if you want to be in contact with nature and beautiful scenanry. We felt right at home and the peaceful environment was what we were craving for.

We really enjoyed with my family when staying at Camila's house. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The property is very nice, with ample walking spaces. Ideal for disconnecting from the city and connecting with nature. There is a buoyant dog on the property and other dogs of the neighboring property, all very quiet. My daughter enjoyed playing with them. Access is by a cobblestone road; we had no difficulty getting to. Camila was very kind, the communication was very fluid and gave us some recommendations from the area. The caretaker Jose and his wife are very attentive.

A wonderful place where we were able to rest and enjoy nature. The cabin looks even better in person and David is such a friendly person that he went far and beyond to make sure our stay was the best.

Consider that at night it is quite cold in the area, walking them to take the fireplace so that their stay is pleasant like mine.

We spent 2 nights in the cabin with my parents and baby. The place is beautiful, the estate full of trees, vegetation, plenty of space to walk, all quiet with a lot of peace, which we are looking for for a weekend break. The place is very close to a magical Cotacachi village and thanks to recommendations to Randy we discovered very good places to eat. Randy, Silvia and her whole family were very attentive to any need, they helped us with the crib for baby, they gave us fruit and avocados from their estate and Silvia was very attentive to feeding my baby, giving her chopped fruit. We felt very comfortable and were so fond of Randy's family. The place is perfect to spend some time with the couple or family with children, who really enjoy the animals of the Hacienda. Highly recommended ! Thanks again

We had a great stay at the hacienda el Rejo! The house is huge with beautiful vistas and surroundings. We all enjoyed interacting with the animals on the farm. Bedrooms were well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was missing a few things we would’ve expected (ie: a coffee press or coffee maker; drinking water was only available at the restaurant so we filled pitchers/water bottles each day), but otherwise we were able to cook a few meals at the house. The restaurant on site is great and we enjoyed a dinner and breakfast there. Don’t miss the house-made cheese! Staff provided great advice and arranged a horseback ride for our group. It’s about a 45 minute drive to the entrance to Cotopaxi National park, very convenient. All in all I’d highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property with warm, welcoming staff. Sincerely hope to return!

I highly recommend staying at the Hacienda. Everything about the place was fantastic. The amenities, the food, the surrounding area, the staff and the activities were are superb! You will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay and experience, from check in to check out. Isabel was very responsive to our questions and concerns (power outages in Ecuador), and made us feel comfortable that everything was going to be ok.the place is beautiful, cozy, and the views were incredible (we woke up with a beautiful view of Cayambe volcano). Cristina and Carmen helped us and made our lives so much easier. The whole family loved the experience. Highly recommended!

Casa de Campo Cayambe is hands down one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed--whether in Ecuador or outside of Ecuador. Jeannie is an amazing host and her hospitality is fabulous. The location, the food, the view, the attention to detail and her lovely home make this an unforgettable and must-do experience!!

Villa Doris is a magical place to enjoy with the whole family or friends. It has all the comforts and is in the middle of nature. The best thing is that you can observe squirrels, birds and even opossums! Lorena, her host, is very sweet and attentive. Everything was perfect!!
