Holiday rentals with a patio in Phocis

The unit was walking distance to all. Plaka beach was a 2-3 minute walk. Away from city square which was perfect because the town parties late and you don’t hear it. Mini mart on same block and supermarket around the corner. We were very happy with location. No views but it didn’t matter. Short walk to all restaurants in town .

Charming little cozy loft, just 20 minutes from the Arachova ski resort. Location easy to find, and parking on the side of the house. A special touch from the owner was having wood pallets ready for the fireplace, making it even more comfortable after a long day in the snow. The warm welcome, complete with a bottle of wine, was truly thoughtful!

Don't think twice, this is the right place to take in this city. The only disadvantage is the number of stairs to the apartment, but it's completely marginal if you're not physically disabled. The Diamond Suite is a spacious apartment on the ground floor, with a living/sitting room, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a good oven. Of course, we mostly sat outside, on the seat in front of the door, or the larger table further down in the spacious and well-kept garden. A beautiful whole, nice to stay there. Diakopto is a lively Greek town, which apart from the starting point of the famous mountain train to Kalavryta does not have much to offer, but is a good base for the mountainous hinterland. To get to the house, it is best to take the exit from the old main road Patras-Corinth to the roundabout in the middle of the village near the church, the station and the supermarket. From there, owner Leonidas (who was very helpful) carefully signposted the way to the house with blue signs.

This apartment is exactly as it says in the description. It is convenient for the funicular railway and is very near to diakopto beach. We had a good time here. Thank you!

We had an incredible stay! The view was absolutely stunning, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. It looked exactly as shown in the photos, which was a huge plus. Maria’s apartment was a perfect stay for our place in Patras. It was easy to find and although our arrival had been slightly delayed Maria was kind enough to wait and walk us through check in. It had everything we needed and Maria was also kind enough to drop off an ironing board for us. The apartment was immaculate and she had left it fully stocked which was greatly appreciated. The icing on the cake was having such a secure spacious parking space and very good air conditioning. Thank you Maria!

On a great beach. A short drive to restaurants and a supermarket. Not walkable, but the beach and the view makes it a perfect spot to rest, relax, swim, and do laundry after a few days of hectic site seeing. It is a gem.

Eleni was an amazing host. She helped us with everything we asked for and was always willing to help. The place was super clean with everything you need to feel comfortable and at home! It was especially sweet that he had made sure there were little sweet surprises for us and our son, as well as some snacks. I would highly recommend the home!

This is a beautiful apartment located in the outskirts of Patras. This makes it slightly inconvenient to reach the center, but we didn't mind as we mainly used the place to stay for the night. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The terrace is nice too, but the weather wasn't too great. In all, great value for money, especially for those who want to stay in. If you want to explore Patras, you better strap your laces. In our case, we took the car down the boulevard through the port and parked near the large church.
