House holiday rentals in Phlegraean Fields

So much to say… Alessandra was by far the sweetest and thoughtful host …were spoiled with breakfast and fruits .. a lot of outdoor seating … and the pool after a hot day of sight seeing… the pool was the perfect way to relax. I love the grounds an oasis but yet a 4 minute drive to city centre. The parking was private and gated which was huge advantage. treated like Family!

Patrizia is super friendly. She helped us a lot in the place. The place was extremely private with a super pool and jacuzzi. Private terace. She was so kind that she showed us the roof where I could take pictures of the Vesuvius. It was a superb place to be. Thank you!

Villa Lory was a lovely place to stay during our week spent there in August.Lory and Antonio are excellent hosts,Antonio gave us a full tour of the property and explained how everything worked. Google translate was helpful for more complex queries,as we do not speak Italian.The Villa is very private and secluded,the street is quiet and had good parking for our rental car. As others mention,as the place is on a hillside,a car was very handy-or you could hire a moped for nipping out and about locally. The pool was clean and cool-the kids loved it and a godsend in the hot August weather,as was the air conditioning in the Villa! Beds were super comfortable,bathroom was very clean and also had facilities for doing laundry(very handy with kids!) .There are places to eat in the local area,but the kitchen in the villa has all amenities,so we often cooked for ourselves and made the most of being in such a lovely Villa!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs around the world, and this is easily one of the best. It’s basically a private villa with exclusive access to the pool and jacuzzi—we thought they were shared, so that was a great surprise. Ilaria and her partner greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, and even came by daily to clean the pool. The location makes it a bit tricky to get taxis or Ubers on the spot, but if you schedule ahead, it’s no problem. Also, ilaria and her partner offer to drive us in case we couldn’t find a ride. Definitely would stay again.

Appartamento top, host fantastico. Pulizia, ordine, flessibilità, ospitalità. Tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno perfetto. Sicuramente torneremo ogni qual volta avremo impegni in zona.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento un fine settimana ( dove il Napoli ha vinto lo scudetto, esperienza unica..,;-) ) perché mia figlia aveva una gara di ginnastica nel paese affianco..Situato in ottima posizione per spostarsi per visitare altri luoghi caratteristici, facile fa raggiungere dalle arterie principali e con tutti i servizi nell' vicinanze. Il proprietario Francesco gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi indicazione o delucidazione . Lo consiglio.

Elvira è la migliore host che io abbia mai avuto la fortuna di incontrare in tutta la mia esperienza di viaggiatore. Sono stato in tutto il mondo, ma un'accoglienza come quella che è capace di fornire Elvira vi posso assicurare che non la troverete mai altrove. Elvira è un host che vuole coccolare i suoi ospiti, vuole farli sentire a casa e vuole accoglierli nel suo palazzo. L'alloggio è ben arredato, ottimamente fornito, ed Elvira lo riempie di sorprese graditissime. I bambini non volevano più andarse. Inoltre Boscoreale è un posizionato in maniera strategica, consente di poter girare la Campania con facilità. Straconsiglio sia il palazzo, sia il luogo e sia ovviamente la spettacolare Elvira e suo marito Mario.

Posizione ottima vicino lo stadio Maradona. Ottimo alloggio per soggiornare se si sceglie di partecipare ad eventi allo stadio, che si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. Ciro è un host disponibile cortese e attento ad ogni esigenza. Il posto auto all’interno è molto comodo, la zona molto tranquilla. L’alloggio pulito e ordinato. Consigliatissimo!!

We stayed 7 nights at Mario's place. We love the place. It is very spacious, clean, bright and modern. The place was quiet, allowing us to sleep well. Great location, just a five-minute walk to the train station, bus station, and the port (for trips to the Isle of Capri and nearby towns). Helpful host with excellent and responsive communication. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful, modern and clean and Andrea was such a welcoming host! He arranged a shuttle from the airport which made our journey easy, greeted us and made us feel right at home, and provided local recommendations. We easily explored much of Naples from here, great location. The streets in Naples are busy but the room was peaceful and quiet with the windows shut. Plenty of space, very comfortable bed, large bathroom and coffee provided. Can’t recommend highly enough, thank you Andrea!

Very nice apartment, clean, quiet, located very near to the historic city centre. The communication with the landlord was easy. I would highly recommend it.

This place is great, but the real gem is Massimiliano and family. The whole family went out of their way to make everything easier (Naples (even little Bacoli) is not easy), going out of their way to walk us somewhere instead of trying to describe directions. They gave us a personal welcome when we arrived, stopped to talk with us if they saw us in town, spent time getting to know us, and came out to say goodbye when we left. If we had a question, I could text Massimiliano but usually one of his parents were out in town and saw us wandering and helped personally!! SO friendly and vital for a great Bacoli experience. We would have been metaphorically and literally lost without this family and they were so nice about helping! If you want authentic Italian hospitality, this is for you. If you want standard American hotel type accommodations... probably you wouldn't be on Airbnb anyway... but at least note that this one is the whole package and *worth it*!

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

Super host, recommend, close to so many amenities and close to train station, apartment is very calm and peaceful areas. Grazie mille

Magnifique appartement presque les pieds dans l'eau. Une magnifique terrasse avec une vue sur le Vésuve. Bacoli est une charmante petite ville à 35-40 minutes de bus de Naples. Gennaro est très réactif et l'accès au logement a été parfait. Un magnifique séjour de 3 nuits.

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

We had a wonderful stay in Procida. Both Marco and his father were beyond kind and helpful to us, we appreciated it so much. The transfers from the port were a huge help with two young children and lots of bags! And it just meant that we were immediately relaxed and could start our holiday on the beautiful Island of Procida straight away. I could not say enough good things about this place or the hosts. A one-off experience for sure.

Villa Sofia è un posto incantevole dove rilassarsi e un ottimo punto di partenza dal quale esplorare Procida. La casa è nuovissima, dotata di tutti i comfort. Sofia è una padrona di casa premurosa ed accogliente. Spero di tornare presto a farle visita. Super consigliato

L'esperienza nell'alloggio di Domenico è stata meravigliosa. È davvero raro trovare un host che riesca a trasmettere così tanto e a farti sentire a come a casa. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione impagabile, con vista sull'isola di Vivara e un accesso al mare diretto: scendendo due rampe di scale si accede a un breve percorso su roccia che porta a uno specchio d'acqua incantevole. L'alloggio è comodo e pulito, grazie a Domenico lo abbiamo raggiunto dal porto in breve tempo: durante il tragitto ci ha segnalato tutti i punti di interesse sull'isola e nei dintorni dell'alloggio. Per un soggiorno a Procida consiglio questa struttura magnifica. Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente Pietro

Flat was spacious and everything is clean. The single bed in the living room is actually very comfortable and aircon was perfectly working. The best thing is washing machine and a hallway can dry them! The bathroom is newly furnished it and it functioned really well!

We had a great stay (2 people) place was clean and well maintained! We liked the tasteful decoration and colour scheme. We felt safe and secure, a little bit of family noise from the neighbours but nothing that disturbed us. Excellent host, quick responded and helpful! Overall a smooth experience, definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Wir fühlten uns wie im Paradies! Morgenschwumm innerhalb einer Minute und Aperitivo auf Terrasse mit Meerblick. Auch der Hafen Chiaiolella, die Restaurants, Einkaufsläden und die Bushaltestelle sind gleich um die Ecke. Direkte Busverbindung zum Haupthafen. Top ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung mit einer Waschmaschine. Marco ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber mit vielen lokalen Tipps und schneller Kommunikation. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen.
