Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

In the center, spacious and bright apartment overlooking Vesuvius, the sea (on the Sorrento peninsula and Capri) and the lighthouse. 5 minutes walk from the metro Line 1 (University) or 4 minutes walk (Duomo) that leads to Garibaldi station (1 stop, 3 minutes); a few minutes from Calata Porta di Massa, ferry docking to the islands (Procida, Ischia and Capri); a short walk from the Federico II and Oriental Universities; close to the historic center; very close to restaurants, bars, shopping.

The Holiday Home is located in a secure private residence, a few steps from the center of Pompeii and the archaeological excavations and the Sanctuary and the main means of transport. The Holiday Home inaugurated in May 2023 is equipped with private covered parking and a common garden. Inside the house you will find all the main comforts including a complete functional kitchen and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, you can also dry on the terrace in the open air.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning
