Another fabulous stay at Crystal Beach. The pool is huge and right on the beach. Elizabeth’s place is perfect for families. The house has lots of space and big bedrooms. The downstairs is perfect for entertaining. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

The apartment is very spacious and large. There is everything for a comfortable life. Lots of appliances in the kitchen. Air conditioning, TV and internet. Beautiful sea view! But you can only use half of the balcony. :(If you want privacy on the balcony, then you need to choose other apartments, as there will be neighbors from another apartment behind the curtain.

Left just a few hours ago and already miss it. Really enjoyed my month here. This is not a place for lots of night life or entertainment, but more of a peaceful, quiet, laid back environment right on the beach. Spectacular view. It’s also worth mentioning the bed is very comfortable ( which can be a hit or miss at times ). Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

Lenas place is wonderfull, This community is very well looked after , Clean , lots of green space for walking around , also very family friendly . I would highly recommend this place . What was so awsome the swimming pool was right outside our door. Lena has equipped her resident for long term stay as we were there for 3 months. When we had any querstion for info Lena looked after any problem immediately . The only downside would be that you are a little far away from Lena should be on the list as a supper hosts Thanks again When we come back this way we will definitely still here again.

Very impressive

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

I stayed 2 nights, the location was perfect as it is close to the beach, but it is also conveniently located near restaurant district and also close to the market. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall all facilities it's good.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

I don’t normally do reviews, but this place demands one. This is the most relaxing beach stay in Thailand. Host are great. Location is amazing. Beach is perfect. If you are looking for a quiet lazy beach holiday, this is the place.

Amazing ambience, spick and span, very good bar menu. Amazing location but taxi not easily available at all times , use grab app for taxi. We had a great time in the Villa. Thank you.

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Had a great stay and would stay again. Everything as profile described. Never needed to talk with host because everything was as it should have been. !0 minute baht bus ride from Walking street. Condo was 50% cheaper than my buddy's staying 40 yards away. lol. Plus condo had restaurant by the pool with beach view that we breakfast at every morning.

Nice quiet location, super close to the beach. There is a nice cafe just around the corner and the big market within ten minutes. Perfect for a quiet stay to relax. The pool and gym are also nice. The housekeeper was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Would recommend !

I felt very “at home” in Richard’s listing. The accommodation was very spacious and had everything I needed. It is located halfway between the beach and the main street so the location is perfect to access all areas of Bang Saray.

Very nice apartment. We had a bit of difficulty with security letting us in which was frustrating, but when we got in it was great and the pool and facilities are very nice. A good place to get away from the craziness of Pattaya city without going too far.
