Great place with great location! Clean & comfortable.

The accommodation is spacious and you can cook (but the fire is not strong😁). Everyone likes it. But the path to the beach may not be very convenient, but it is possible. The beach is muddy, and it may rain. Overall, it is suitable for large families to gather and socialize, not focusing on the sea view.

We stayed for a week and loved it. Ilpo was able to provide a cot and high chair so our 1 year old could enjoy it too. Fantastic pool and restaurant in the village and less than a 10 minute drive to many restaurants and beaches! We also were able to walk our dog safely in the village. I am sure we will come back for another stay one day! Thank you Ilpo!

Pupae is a very friendly host and the place is perfect for a getaway to the coast.

It was eight of us. We spent one night over there. Mr. Douglas is very friendly and very nice Welcoming us. He can speak Thai very good. We were so impressed with everything. I will go back again for next time.

We had wonderful time there!! Walk from the house about 3 minutes and you can enjoy the beach. They have everything there. Recommended ❤️

The best place to stay in Pattaya in my opinion. The roof top swimming pool is just awesome. Chaiyadid is a friendly and resposive host. Had 0 issues at the property! Highly recommend!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. was a great stay. condo is perfect, pooll is amazing.. great restaurant downstairs as well. was easy to checkin and out, hosts were the best, very responsive, lots tips. cant ask for a better host or condo to stay in.

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The building is the best place to stay in Pattaya. I am telling you, it will never be a wrong of decision of choosing this apartment. This is from a person who mostly stays in 5 star hotel in every country i am visiting. Too much affordable but never been compromised. Will stay and will always be staying this place everytime i visit this country.

House location is perfect for family. Save with good security guard, private, quite yet near to amenities and the beach. The pool is clean and very chill to hang outside beside the pool. I would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay right in the heart of Bangkok. It’s located on Sukhumvit Rd so it’s a walking distance to malls, restaurants and nightlife. The pictures accurately represented the room and German was quick and very responsive with his communication. I absolutely wouldn’t mind staying here again the next time I’m in Bangkok.

Amazing Villa. Pictures don’t do the place justice. Very smart and clean interior. Great space in living room. Bedrooms were all great sizes with in suite. Very clean and well maintained place. All furniture spotless and new. Great communication with grace, very friendly and welcoming. Location was amazing as was with my mother lots of things close by which could walk to, food, markets restaurants literally everything you could need. Cannot recommend this villa enough. Stayed in Pattaya 5 months and by the best accommodation I had during my staff. Will be returning in October. Thanks grace

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .
