We spend a lovely time here and it was very difficult to leave this place. Margo is always ready to help and answer any questions. The place was very clean and got all the equipment that we needed. My kids love it and ask to come back again. Highly recommended!

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer tollen Lage. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Yiqiong war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. ホストが気持ちの良い素敵な方でした。 コンドミニアムのセキュリティの都合で半日時間をとられてしまい、ホストにその事を愚痴を言ってしまったら、粋な計らいをして私の不満を和らげてくれました。立地、施設、部屋、オーシャンビュー共に最高です。難点があるとすると、コンドミニアムのエレベーターが色んな階で止まってしまうと、目的階まで辿り着くのにかなり時間がかかります。但しこれは、ホストの問題ではなく、コンドミニアム自体の問題です。

Second time I have stayed at this condo . Everything is as stated in the apartment, neat, tidy clean . Lovely pool set in gardens. Easy access to local bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The host Jonathan is very friendly and as always been responsive to my message , arranged the cleaners during my stay and also taxi pick ups from the airport. I will return again soon

Specifically needed a work desk and chair for my stay so this place stood out but regardless of that its a beautiful, clean apartment in a great location. The apartment is faultless and had everything I needed. The building has excellent facilities and the location is perfect, quiet but close to all the facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung bietet einen fantastischen Rundumblick mit direktem Meerblick – allein das war schon ein Highlight! Sie ist voll ausgestattet, es hat mir wirklich an nichts gefehlt, alles war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Ivan ist ein sehr engagierter Gastgeber, der Check-in lief absolut reibungslos und die Kommunikation war super angenehm. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Wohnung ist ziemlich vollgestellt, was Geschmackssache ist – und morgens gab es gelegentlich einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Laut Ivan lässt sich das leider nicht ganz vermeiden, für mich war’s aber noch im Rahmen. Ich habe mich so wohlgefühlt, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt sogar verlängert habe – das sagt ja schon alles!

I really can't think the host for all the help and prompt responses ,it was a great place convenient to everything I will hopefully find another of chens places on my return trip.

This was a great location, nice and close to Starbucks for a morning coffee and also very close to markets and street food of an evening a nice walk to beach everything was close

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Got nothing bad to mention, the stay was perfect.

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

Первый раз останавливались в таком жилье. Место удалено от центра, я знал это когда арендовал, попросил у хозяина в аренду автомобиль, что решило проблему улаленности на 100%. Хозяин отзывчив и честен. Когда заселялись уборка была выполнена на 3/5, но по нашей просьбе хозяин вызвал клининг и все убрали. Могу рекомендовать данный вариант для проживания если вам не нужно жить на берегу и вы решите вопрос с транспортом.

Villa is awesome like dream house everything was comfortable just like home. We had one of the best times and we will be visiting again for sure. Thank you Sek for great hosting and arranging everything what we asked including bike. We enjoyed everyday fresh coconuts from directly Villa tree, was one of the best experiences and ofcourse beach in front of Villa, calm quite peaceful time relaxing …. Marriott was one of best thing too which is just next 2 min you can enjoy free gym etc …get 20% discount on Villa pass on food very reasonable. Overall it was wow time we had.
