Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pevensey Bay

Just got home from a couple of nights stay at Jason's fab holiday home. Exactly as described, very stylish, very comfortable & with the added bonus of a welcome pack. Only a short drive from Eastbourne seafront & Pier & very close to the Harbour too, spoilt for choice of things to do & see. Jason is an excellent & generous host, communication was spot on and very easy & it was also great to meet him. Thank you for letting us stay, I'm pretty sure we'll be back time & time again.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and promenade. Plenty of variety in the many local restaurants and cafes nearby. Hastings pier and town is a short walk away.

Spent a lovely and peaceful family weekend at Simone’s place. Upon arriving the Airbnb was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos with some added personal touches in the kitchen (thank you). A lovely view over the beach which was so much calmer and peaceful in comparison to others beaches further along. 10 minute walk to the high street with some very nice independent shops. Simone was flexible on checkout which was great for us as we had nice weather the weekend we visited. 🙂 Would highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

Amazing place right on the beach - fun driving through the sunbathers to the house which was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

Our daughter was very recently diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy. Due to her medication, we were unable to fly, which meant that we had to cancel our planned family trip abroad for her 1st birthday. We found Alex and Lucie’s listing and it seemed almost too good to be true! Somewhere that we could keep our youngest shielded, whilst also giving us a place to give our eldest a real feel of a holiday. The cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept. Everything about it is perfect. Alex and Lucie added additional personal touches, like a hooded towel for the little one and additional pool checks to ensure that she was kept safe, which we appreciated immensely. I’m not sure if it was me or our eldest that had most fun in the pool and the pool toys got plenty of use! We said within a few hours of arriving that we would love to return and we look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you so much for helping us to give our little ones (and us) exactly what was needed!

The place is beautiful and spacious also private, the pictures don't quite do it justice. A wonderful getaway location and the setup is family friendly. Rob is an excellent host and was always very accommodating and responsive.

We’ve just returned after a fantastic few days at Sunspot. The house was great, the location awesome and facilities were exactly as described. It’s a beautiful house to totally switch off and relax. The garden is really secure for dogs. We loved watching the foxes playing around the house. Just an overall lovely break!

We loved our 6 weeks in Brighton and Hove. The flat had everything we needed and location was superb. Mere blocks to the beautiful seaside and enticing pier. We used our flat as a base and traveled throughout the country . We could reach the train station by foot in 3 or 4 minutes. The community of Hove was the same distance with quaint and enchanting eateries and cafes. Peter, our host, was the icing on the cake. So welcoming and freely giving of his time and advice. He is an expert on the area and his help was invaluable and allowed us to maximize our time there. Grab this flat while it is available! Sent from my iPhone

Great flat which is well appointed and had everything you’d need for a relaxing rental. Very clean and tidy. Danny was great - proactive communication so I never had to wonder about things. And all his contact was clear. Some lovely places to eat and drink within walking distance and well located to drop down to the prom and walk into town. One tip: take earplugs and an eye mask to sleep if you’re affected by noise and light. The surrounding area is quiet but, as an ex Brightonian, it’s a true Brighton property and so you can hear people in the property above and besides you. Danny does provide ear plugs which is a great touch!

We had a fabulous w/e in this wonderful 1st floor flat - the rooms are so spacious with views straight out to sea from the living area, and we loved all the decor, linen, and finishing touches, we felt very much at home. Very easy to walk to St Leonard’s along the prom with loads of food and drink options, plus sauna on the pier at Hastings was great fun! Thank you Caroline for a great stay 😊

Lovely stay at this property - it had everything we needed including a great view to the Dungeness lighthouse. Hosts were really helpful and responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

Emily is the perfect host response to any question was so quick and helpful, the apartment is outstanding, beautifully designed and quirky, oh and the beds were ridiculously comfortable I could of stayed in bed all day! walking distance to the lanes and beach, a perfect apartment and a perfect location I highly recommend Emily

The apartment has so much character and the most incredible sunsets and sunrises from the balcony, one of the best airbnb experiences we have had.

Great apartment, very warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean. It’s ideally situated for walking into Bexhill town centre and the beach is moments away. Would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Andrea we hope to return soon.

Great apartment that’s 5 minutes walk from the seafront and the centre of St Leonard’s. Very nicely appointed and very comfortable. I recommend!

I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

Very happy with our stay , a lovely clean flat ,great location ,couldn't ask for more , responsive owners which always makes life easier.

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely flat, beautifully furnished, clean and very comfortable. Loved the verandah for morning coffee. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This little house suited very well for our needs. The host was very helpful and friendly. This house lies close to the train station and it is not fare to the sea.
