Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Petrovac

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Zoran's father, Zdravko, contacted us the day before he arrived. He was extremely hospitable and friendly. He had already made all the notifications before we arrived. When we arrived, he greeted us at the door and introduced the house we would be staying in in detail. When we told him that we were on our honeymoon, his wife Tatjana baked a cake for us and even left us some drinks. This kindness made us very happy. The house was peaceful and beautiful, as shown in the photos. He had his own pool, a pier where you could swim in the sea, and even a canoe you could use. In addition, details such as bagels and game balls that you can use at sea or in the pool were also considered. The house was quite clean and equipped to meet all our needs. It also had a parking lot. If you are looking for a peaceful, private space, this is the place for you. The sunset and the view were truly breathtaking. We thank Zdravko and Tatjana again! :)

We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. It was the ideal place to relax and feel connected to nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

We loved everything about our stay at the Sunset House, especially the stunning view during the day as well as around sunset. Mehmed was very proactive in communicating. He recommended us a boat trip which was amazing to discover hidden gems around the coast. Although the location is kind of remote and therefore a paradise for everyone who wants to relax privately, you are very well siuated between the cities Stari Bar and Ulcinj. Highly recommend!

The Forest of Fluta is a beautiful and family-friendly place, where you can enjoy the lush greenery and the majestic olive trees that give the area a truly magical atmosphere. Highly recommended

We had an amazing time at Ilija’s place in Petrovac. Ilija and his wife welcomed us from the start at check-in, as did their wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting. They also provided great food and experiences recommendations. Perched up on the city hillside, the view from the patio captured everything. The ability to quickly drive down or walk into the city makes this spot great. There’s a pretty steep hill to walk, but take it slow and enjoy the weather. The property is filled with different fruit trees, which makes the departure/return that much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment for any future travelers. Thank you for a great first experience in Montenegro.

My wife and I spent 2 days at Nikola’s place and used it as our base for exploring the wonderful Skadar lake. The home itself is cosy, peaceful and well equipped for a few nights away. A kind of mini cabin with lots of charm, away from all the hustle and bustle. The drive from Virpazar can be a little tense as the roads are very narrow in places due to the remoteness of the accommodation so be sure to have a confident driver with you. Nikola was proactive and responsive in his communications. Always kind and courteous. All in all, we had a great stay!

Fabulous apartment in an amazing location! we were 6 adults and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Meghan and Milos were such thoughtful and communicative hosts and offered lots of information and suggestions throughout our stay. This penthouse offers uninterrupted sea views from the balconies with lovely sunny orientation. A 10 min walk brings you to the centre of Petrovac, which is a true gem of a resort, 20 mins drive south of the vibrant town of Budva. We were so glad we chose Petrovac as a base over the busier towns of Budva or Kotor, though all are easily accessible as day trips. If you come to Petrovac, stay here!

This place was magical and beat our high expectations.

What an amazing eleven night stay in Branko's Maritimo view apartment. Everything was as described in the listing and more. Surreal views across the bay and over the mountains, host of lovely restaurants within 15-20 mins walk.(our favourite being 'The Square Pub' in the Old Town). Beautiful places to visit made easier with a hire car (at reasonable prices). There is a lovely sandy beach (unusual for Montenegro), Plavi Horizonti, 15min drive away. Branko couldn't have been a more accommodating and friendly host, we didn't need anything but it was nice to know that he was on hand if we had. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone and would recommend a visit to Montenegro as it is a stunning country.

Nikoleta was so extremely helpful with the thorough check in instructions she sent through prior to our stay, making the check in process stress free and easy. Nikoletas apartment had the most breathtaking views and was nice and modern, clean and in a great location.

Our apartment was lovely and the balcony with the view was a beautiful place to just unwind. The furniture was very comfortable to just relax. The hosts, Sebastian and Angela were exceptional in their communication and responses, very proactive and friendly. They offered some incredible recommendations for food and other queries we had which were very helpful and we took most of their recommendations which really made things easy for us. The apartment is merely a 7-minute drive to Budva old town. Highly recommend!

A fabulous flat, much larger than expected and beautifully cosy. Could have stayed there forever, but alas, Durmitor was calling. Tamara was very responsive, flexible and kind. If you're looking for ultimate peacefulness, the balcony isn't ideal as there is lots of road noise - but after a day it blends into the background noise and is a nice soundtrack to the beautiful views.

Ivana’s apartment was fantastic. Amazing views, very clean, spacious, light, bright and modern. We really enjoyed our stay here, which was all the better for our interactions with Ivana and her family! Ivana is an exceptional host (possibly the best we’ve ever known!). She was extremely helpful in collecting us from the bus stop, pointing us in the right direction for things to see and do, taxiing us around and she organised a hire car to come to our apartment! Thanks Ivana!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

We had a wonderful 3 days with my family. Perfectly located, half an hour's drive to everywhere and right in the middle. It was a clean house. We were very pleased. Ilıja took care of us until the last moment. I recommend it to everyone. :)

This stay at Nikola's was great! The location is ideal, both close to the sea and the surrounding coastal towns. Nikola advised us on many addresses and we thank him. Home is small but clean and functional. We could also use the large terrace to eat, it was very nice and especially very quiet :) There is also free parking and small shops nearby, as well as several restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back :)

Absolutely an amazing place. Well presented and kept, like in the description. Close amenities, walkable, friendly and great cuisine at a short distance. The view from the penthouse is stunning.
