Our stay was very good. Leandro is an excellent host. The property is cozy, just like in the photos. It accommodated my family of 4 adults and 2 children very well. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome note from Leandro and his wife. The neighborhood offers alternatives for restaurants, pharmacies, markets and commerce. Relatively close to the Itaipava fair car, about 15 minutes. A good option for those who want tranquility and comfort. We recommend the property without a doubt. Thank you for the reception.

We very much like the Pousada. An excellent place to stay. Clean and smelling environment, good breakfast. The best of all is that it is close to all the sights of the city (to go on foot in all) and to excellent restaurants. We will definitely get back to hosting.

What a cozy house and incredible view! We loved every day we spent there and our little Dante loved every little space in the house, which is so wonderful in the eyes of adults as well as children. But the contact with nature was what prevailed, a house full of flowers and visits from birds all day, as well as a beautiful orchard that attracts the most varied songs throughout the day. I recommend it with my eyes closed, an extremely comfortable, clean, cozy house, even more beautiful than in the photos. ❤️

The weekend to celebrate my birthday was incredible, the house was super comfortable and clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed, the host was always very attentive and kind, solving whatever was necessary immediately, the assistant Silvinha was great, made delicious food and was always very sweet! The house is excellent, clean and well maintained. Also well cleaned sheets, blankets and towels. The aquescidal pool and hydro made the days of winters even more welcoming. The hostess was very kind and always responded to us quickly, and Cristina, who helped us with the housework, is a great cook and helped us a lot during the stay.

The condominium is very nice Tranquilo, in the middle of nature. The house is very nice and well decorated, the garden well cared for, with a beautiful view of the mountain. The river with the natural pool and showers is one of the high points and catches the sun most of the day. Nossa Golden freaked out. A suggestion would be to have a sauna too, it would give an even more special touch to the experience. And there is a small cave that would be the ideal location. The descending staircase is steep but there is an easier alternative street. We were with an elderly couple and despite the initial concern it was not a problem. A few minutes by car there are good restaurants and the Serra dos Órgãos Park, with trails and waterfalls. Cássia e Ricardo, who take care of the space, and Tiago, who administers, were always very attentive and helpful. We recommend and would return.

Location absolutely impeccable! In the most central street of Itaipava with several wonderful restaurants walking! Restaurante Antonio is an excellent indication super close to the apartment! We love every detail of your stay! The host was wonderful in every way and the apartment is extremely comfortable! Let's go back for sure!
