Loft holiday rentals in Petrópolis

The house and outside area are very pleasant, as well as the hosts being very nice and thoughtful people. It was all a delight.

Apartment near the central area of Teresópolis and met my expectation.

Cozy apartment and very well located, close to the bus station, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Terezinha was super attentive.

My stay in Petrópolis was, in general, a very enriching experience, so much so that I would like to thank you for the excellent stay at the Loft. The space is very welcoming, well cared for and exactly as in the photos. The location is also perfect for enjoying everything the city has to offer. The place has a beautiful view, with sunset facing the loft. The night is also a beautiful view. It is a quiet place, far from the urban noise, because of this, transportation is a little difficult. The bus has a specific time to pass. Fabio indicated private drivers to assist in this logistics. Everaldo and Marcelo are better for this, with a fair price. We love the loft and the possibility of a pool, but it's important to know that it's a complex, the house above can overlook the pool.

These were great days! The best place to get away from it all, relax, gain strength! I had a great weekend for New Year's holidays! I'll try to come back!

I very much liked the accommodation of the apartment and the infrastructure of the condominium that is well maintained, large and equipped with several leisure areas for children and adults. The apartment is well equipped and spacious for a family of up to four people In addition, the location is close to the center facilitating access to commerce and restaurants on foot. I recommend and intend to return again times.

My stay was wonderful, Flávio provided all the information as advertised, gave tips on what to do in Miguel Pereira, always available, answering my questions. I would definitely come back more often, a very high point was finding the powder to make a coffee.

This is the third time we've stayed in one of Mauro's lofts. We fell in love from the first stay. And just this year, we've been twice and will return in July!! It is well worth it.

Excellent loft. The host is very kind and attentive, a super nice guy. Very quiet and pleasant place. A good market nearby. We just miss good restaurants nearby. But it is very worthwhile for those who want days of rest and tranquility.

When we arrived, the hotel staff were very cordial, they helped us with our luggage. The loft is exactly as described. I loved the antique furniture and the dishes. Upon entering the loft, we found the table set and a welcome cake, a very kind gesture. Good towels and bed linen, the crib for our baby was made with care. Kitchen equipped with water and basic ingredients available (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, popcorn and some spices). I also loved the books that tell a little about the history of the city. Stay as described and in the photos, super well organized and tidy space, close to several places such as pharmacy, supermarket, close to the tourist spots of Teresópolis. In addition, Washington was super attentive and flexible with check-in time! Super indico and I will come back more often!!!

Excellent accommodation, everything was as advertised, everything was very clean and well structured. The location is excellent, we don't even need to use our own vehicle, the main tourist attractions of the city can be visited on foot. The only observations I make are: The hallway of the apartment and the interior of the loft, when we arrived, had a little musty smell, I believe it is because the city is very humid and cold, but we opened the window and turned on the fan and the smell improved a lot. The bed mattress is soft, but it is comfortable.
