Perfect accommodation for multiple occupants, Clean and tidy

Had a great no hassle stay which made working away easy. No Messing with parking thanks to a 2 car space drive way, good internet connection, very clean and plenty of hot water. Location could do with a convenience store within walking distance but other that 10 out 10

I stayed with my wife, daughter and son, we had a wonderful time, we walked everywhere locally. Collyweston is a great location, it is near to Rutland Water, Stamford, Burleigh Hall and a number of beautiful villages and attractions. The cottage is peaceful and quiet directly opposite the lovely local church. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a lovelier cottage. We will definitely return as we have much more to see.

Had a lovely stay at Rachel's place, felt right at home. Beautifully decorated, loved everything about it. My little one loved the parks just outside. Friendly neighbourhood and a great Chinese takeaway on the corner. Would love to go back.

Looking to stay again.

We enjoyed staying at this modernised house, and the hi-tech features were fun. The local area is shabby, but it's convenient for the station and city centre. We felt we paid a very fair price. Communication was excellent. The staircase is perilously steep and badly needs handrails at the very least. Future guests please take care, since it isn't safe and could easily lead to an accident.

We had a lovely stay at Sally’s. The place was absolutely spotless, so clean it looked brand new! Walking distance to the town and Burghley House. Usually got a parking spot right outside. Stayed there for 11 days and would stay again if back in Stamford. Highly recommend.

Stayed for a month …..didn’t want to leave Margaret is a fabulous host made me feel very welcome , nothing was too much trouble , explored the area with Margaret’s help found places would not have necessarily checked out. Great location in a pretty and peaceful village. Provided a much needed relaxing break. Enjoyed the nearby walk accessed through the church yard with the view of the countryside beyond. Clock Cottage is a well thought out property. Open plan, providing comfort and calm. All essentials plus added extras; the luxury of the rolled top bath & bath robes, a welcoming box of treats & drinks. Fairy Lights added a cosy glow above the bifold doors at night. There's also a great spacious bathroom with a fab shower. Can easily divert between the rainfall and hand shower heads, with plenty of hot water. Loved the beautiful garden and patio area. Private access from on street parking right outside through a separate gate with stones and level paving leading to the bifold doors. Established beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers edge the property and grounds with a lovely large lawn to enjoy in the sunshine. My dog did! Rutland Water is a short drive away. Will return to explore more.

Very nice apartment and very good location

I loved my two nights at this charming place. it's right in the centre of the beautiful village and one minute from the Nevill Arms - a fabulous village pub/restaurant/hotel. I was there to walk the St Morrell's Round pilgrimage from Hallaton and this was the perfect base. Frances is a lovely host - highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

Delightful, I only spend the night but it’s the kind a place I would love to take my wife for a week, all clean and tidy, spacious and with very well look after surroundings, thank you Charmaine.

We had a wonderful stay, it was peaceful and relaxing. The property was clean and welcoming, with useful information at hand. It had everything we needed and was just right for visiting family in the area. It was great that we were able to take our small dog with us and had some lovely walks in the area.

This tiny space is cleverly designed and to a very high standard. Immaculately clean. Claire has ensured you have all you could want, including loads of toiletries and tea and coffee. There is a nice dog walk near by and you’re about a ten minute drive from Corby, Kettering and market Harbourough. The spread eagle pub is about 15 minutes walk with a nice beer garden. This compact and bijoux place gets 5 stars from me!

We had an excellent stay in a wonderful little city. Situated by the Great River Ouse, added to a perfect break. Ann has thought of everything inside the accommodation to make a care free, comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend the property and beautiful location. A shout out for the boat trip, Ely Cathedral and Wildwood Restaurant. Glyn and Pauline - holidayed 25 to 28 May 2025.

I've stayed at Orchard Apartment before during a work trip and it was great to be back. The place is peaceful with fantastic views over the fields - a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day. I met Rob this time who is friendly and welcoming. I would happily stay again. :-)

The stay was beautiful and perfect. It was clean and cozy. With access to a private garden and a quiet area, it was perfect for quiet evenings. The city centre is close by - 10-16 minute walk. Christina, the host, was friendly and responsive! Would definitely book again!

We have stayed here three times now as we love the peaceful location and the accommodation suits our needs perfectly. The new kitchen and bathroom improve what was already a great place.

It’s the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in. Sue has thought of everything. It was homely, cosy, beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. It was lovely sitting in the conservatory eating our meals and looking out on the garden watching the birds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the welcome pack was a very lovely touch. The shower was lovely and hot. It was a lovely base to start our exploration of Rutland and we are already planning our next trip back. It is nice to know that we have found a home from home to stay in. Thank you Sue.
