An excellent stay. To start with, the place is a LOT bigger than the pictures suggest! It’s decorated well and you immediately feel calm on entering. The kitchen is absolutely huge dominated by a nice island. The bedrooms are large and beds pretty comfortable. We had a great stay overall.

I stayed with my wife, daughter and son, we had a wonderful time, we walked everywhere locally. Collyweston is a great location, it is near to Rutland Water, Stamford, Burleigh Hall and a number of beautiful villages and attractions. The cottage is peaceful and quiet directly opposite the lovely local church. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a lovelier cottage. We will definitely return as we have much more to see.

What an interesting and quirky place to stay! If you want to step back in time with modern amenities then this is the place for you. Cygnet Thatch has a fantastically well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, comfy beds and a huge log fire. A great find:)

As soon as we saw the Garden House we relaxed straight away, it is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery and birds. Isabel’s handbook had lots of information and great instructions to walk around the estate and meet the sheep. The welcome pack was superb! Thankyou! We slept so well with the bird song waking us. We did venture out but it was great to get back to the comfort of the Garden house. I met Isabel who is a wonderful lady. We do hope to be back again Mary and David

We all loved this well laid out and spacious house and we thought that the photographs did not do it justice. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, private, well equipped and a home from home. All beds were comfortable, the water was hot and the breakfast items that Fiona had left were much appreciated. We did not need to call upon Fiona for anything whilst we were there, as the house had everything we could have needed but any correspondence we have had, was very speedy. It was an added bonus having the very pretty and peaceful garden and a drive to park on. The house is situated on a fairly quiet and leafy street and was easy to find. We all intend to go back in the future as it was ideally located and a relaxing space for our reunion. We would recommend without hesitation.

Lovely stay in the most beautiful cottage. Six of us stayed to attend a local wedding, we all had spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and comfortable beds, the space worked really well for us. The property also has a lovely courtyard garden where we were able to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine.

This was my second time staying here. It's a lovely little apartment, feels really homely. Perfectly clean and has everything you could need. The apartment is very easy to find and check-in to. Adam is a great host, very friendly and fast to respond to messages, he goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I will definitely be staying again!

Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

The apartment was excellent, close to the allocated parking and central to the old town. Lots of things to do and see and plenty of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Thanks for hosting me.

Savio's apartment is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated which is equipped with the household essentials I need. It is located in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood and local shops and supermarket are just across the road. Savio is friendly, considerate and responsive host, who ensures I feel at home. Our communication is clear and smooth. I really enjoy my stay and would recommend this place without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time staying at steve’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for relaxing . Everything felt fresh and comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. A real home away from home.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

The apartment was all we looked for and accommodated us perfectly. Tanya is forthcoming, friendly and on of the hosts wich make AirBnB worth using. The area itself might not be the best part of Northampton but can charm you with its lovely pubs, parks and charming little secrets to discover.

We were a family of 4 plus a labrador and the home was very spacious and light. The area was quiet and peaceful and as dog walkers, we enjoyed the local nature reserve. I would recommend Marc and his property, because communication was good and the home was spacious and clean, plus it had board games, which we enjoyed playing.

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

Great value for money. Joy was super responsive and proactive in communicating. The place had lots of space with very comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our time playing games, cooking and hanging out together.
