Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Peterborough County

Really lovely spot for a getaway outside of Toronto - the house was spacious, and had lots of fun activities like a kayak, firepit, shuffleboard, and pingpong. The views were beautiful and we had a lot of fun for a couple nights here. Renee and Marco were great hosts - super friendly and responsive.

Tanya and Peter were very responsive and their place is so lovely! So peaceful! They really have thought of everything. Thank you very much! Would recommend to couples looking to have a unique place to stay and just have time together.

I frequently stay at Airbnb’s and travel a lot. I would say this is the best host I’ve ever had. Super friendly, super nice, super knowledgeable of the area and gave great suggestions. The home was unique and very nice. I will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area.

Marilyn has graciously opened her home to me for the entire summer. the house has been very well prepared for my long stay. She created extra room to accommodate are larger volume of 'stuff' The house' kitchen and other critical systems were in perfect running order. Marilyn was ver responsive when I reached out with questions.

Sarah and Nigel were super thoughtful, responsive, and kind. We stayed in Warkworth for an extended stay and loved being a part of the vibrant community surrounded by serene natural landscapes. It’s a place for those looking to detox and heal ❤️

We stayed here for an extended long weekend and had the best time. The place had everything you would need for the stay. Our dogs loved all the open space for running around and would go up and visit the alpacas throughout the day. Gisele and Joel were extremely friendly and welcoming in all aspects. Any questions we had they were quick to respond. We will definitely plan on visiting again in the future.

Ryan is without a doubt a great host. I had an issue and I contacted him before 9am on a Saturday morning and he responded within minutes. He was always available to help out and is very caring. His home is just beautiful. The pictures I took of the lake reflect the beauty of the place and the cottage is very peaceful and it’s indeed a great place to unplug but don’t worry because there is wifi and the phone reception is very good as well. My family and I really enjoyed our time there. Thank you Ryan for making this an unforgettable trip for us!

I am working on Stoney Lake for another year and Owen's place is always my go-to! The Airbnb has an extremely large parking area for my large trucks, boats, and other equipment. It is always a pleasure to visit with the hosts and to enjoy the peaceful surroundings that their property offers. I highly recommend this Airbnb to families, contractors, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Kawartha's.

Wonderful experience from start to the end. Lisa goes above and beyond with best accommodation and recommendations. Felt like we came home and enjoyed peaceful and beautiful surroundings. My favorite place was by the dock, surrounded by clear waters and greenery for miles. We had enjoyed taking daily canoe trips, visiting waterfall as per Lisa’s recommendation! Thanks again! What a little slice of heaven Finn and Trudy have to offer their guests. From the moment of booking we received amazing communication that both prepped and informed us of our upcoming visit. Local restaurants, activities in the area, direction to the location as well as check in instructions, Upon arrival we were greeted by Finn who was ever so kind and took a moment to show us the cottage we would be staying in. It was apparent right away that if we needed anything there would be no hesitation. The cottage was stalked with all little things that make you feel at home as well as extras such as milk, cream, condiments and spices. There is even a Keurig, coffee pods and tea available :) The beds we cozy. Nicely made with comfortable bedding and pillows and the bathroom had towels, face cloths, toothpaste. soap, shampoo, q-tips and make up pads. We were thoroughly impressed with all the fine details and extras that Finn offers his guests. This is our favorite place we have ever stayed!

Excellent outdoor kitchen, try clean washroom and the cabin is very cozy and warm. Fire pit is great for enjoying the night and watching the stars. Her place is very tastefully and carefully designed and there’s so much to do. We will definitely be coming back again.

Wanda’s cozy little cabin was the perfect spot for a relaxing winter getaway! Her place exceeded the photos, as soon as we walked in Wanda already had the wood stove fireplace going so that the place was warm and cozy when we arrived. She was extremely pleasant and responsive when we had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave! Would definetley recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.
