Cabin holiday rentals in Peterborough County

My friends and I had a great time at Elias' cottage! The cottage was so comfortable with plenty of seating room, enough bedrooms (with super comfy beds!), and a great screened in porch. Unfortunately we didn't have great weather, but we spent the majority of our time in the covered hot tub which was amazing. We look forward to coming back soon!!

Racquel and Yvonne were such lovely hosts and they made us feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked will all of the essentials for when we wanted to make a home cooked meal, and everything was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend their Cabin as a place to stay for a great weekend away from the city.

We had a great time at Heather's place. The cottage was decorated beautifully. We love the hot tub and the backyard lighting around it. Everything was set up with a timer and it's pretty good for us to not have to worry about it. It's so good to have two firepits and the supplies to start the fire. The local convenient store is a short drive and has everything we need when we ran out of supplies. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea and all the snacks are nice treats. It is very cozy and the surrounding is gorgeous. The heater in the house can be quite annoying at night for someone staying on the daybed. We were warned about the noise in the instructions but couldn't do much about it or change the sleeping arrangement. The beds in all rooms are all very comfortable and if the heater issue can be somehow addressed, that would be much better. (the heater just turns on and off way too frequently) Overall, we had a great time! Heather and Michael are very friendly and responsive hosts. Thank you!

We had an amazing time at Itay's place. The host was super responsive and nice as we had many questions prior to coming and while there to find things. Very beautiful, clean and secluded tree house, would love to go back any time. Enjoyed our time away. It's also pet friendly which is a huge plus for us.

Kristin's place was phenomenal! The cabin was welcoming, cozy, and extremely clean and well kept. We felt right at home. Kristin was very responsive and accommodating. Granting us a lovely night away in peaceful serenity. I would absolutely recommend, and will definitely be booking again!

Wanda’s cozy little cabin was the perfect spot for a relaxing winter getaway! Her place exceeded the photos, as soon as we walked in Wanda already had the wood stove fireplace going so that the place was warm and cozy when we arrived. She was extremely pleasant and responsive when we had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave! Would definetley recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

In a word, perfect. the place was pristine and private, and Dan was great to deal with. there is a town 5 minutes up the road as well, so while it's private and feels remote, you still have access to a grocery store etc. we WILL be staying here again, and I cannot wait!

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the cozy decor to the well-stocked amenities that made our stay super comfortable and convenient. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We loved our time here and will definitely be coming back again. The cottage stay was peaceful and relaxing. Our group enjoyed the isolation and serenity of the island. The cottage was cozy and it had everything we needed. Had some good bonfires in the evenings. Dan was helpful and responsive. We would stay at his cottage if the opportunity came up again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage in Havelock! The gradual entry into the water was perfect for our kids, making it safe and enjoyable for them to play. The split-level deck was a standout feature, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning views. Inside, the recent upgrades were impressive and added a modern touch to the cozy atmosphere. The host had great communication and was easy to get a hold of when needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and create lasting memories. Highly recommend this cottage for families looking for a perfect getaway!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this charming cottage! Everything was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The setting was peaceful and scenic, making it a perfect escape. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free getaway.

This was our second time staying at this cottage and it was just as good as the first time. We will definitely come back. Dave and his family were excellent hosts and were always available if we needed help. The property is in great condition and is ideal for kids. There's a volleyball net on the property as well as a horseshoe pit. The seating area/firepit on the shore of the lake are the standout features.

We enjoyed three nights at this secluded and charming cabin. Alexander went above and beyond as a host. Not only was he responsive and flexible when it came to our check in and check out, he also took the time to meet us when we arrived, showed us how to navigate the property, use the facilities and even provided us with enough firewood for the entire stay. The cabin itself is in a private, wooded area and has all the amenities we needed, including running water, somewhere to cook our food and a comfortable bed. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Taylor's place was a great stay for the May long weekend. Very clean and cozy with ample firewood for the indoor and outdoor fireplace/pits. One thing to note, the cottage is situated at the top of the lake close to a busy road which brings down the quiet factor a little bit but all-in-all we had a great stay!

Melissa was a wonderful host. Cottage is in a great location on a great lake & close to a public boat launch. Cottage is well equipped and has beautiful view of the lake. Communication with Melissa was easy - she was fast to respond to any messages. She provided helpful information for check in and check out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again with Melissa as our host!

I recently spent a weekend at this charming rustic cabin. Nestled on 100 acres of serene wilderness, this cozy retreat was perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Hosts are welcoming and attentive. The cabin offers comfort and tranquility.

We had a wonderful time unplugging in nature at Patricks cottage. We loved the wood burning fireplace at night and waking to the beautiful view. We enjoyed using the canoe and swimming even though it was a bit cooler. We also enjoyed a nice hike around Thank you for a wonderful stay and for all your recommendations

Beautiful weather, lovely cottage, fantastic amenities, and extremely kind and quiet neighbours! My husband and I + our two teens really enjoyed our time at Crystal Lake. The area is a lot busier than our usual lakes (the weekdays were amazing for kayaking), but our teens absolutely loved swimming off the docks and said the snorkeling was perfect. The sauna was a hit with my husband, beds were ultra comfy, and all four of us took turns cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Cabin and bunkie could easily sleep 6 in comfort, each area of the cabin was wonderful for relaxing, the waterfront decks were great, and the upper deck off the living room was perfect for lunch or after dinner drinks.
