Giovanni's apartment is tip top, several shops nearby, easy to access on foot or by car, as described and clean. We thank Giovanni for hosting us and would love to come back.

Roberta was an outstanding host — very welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay. Highly recommend staying with Roberta. Definitely a 5-star experience!

It is a beautiful home, equipped with everything you need to make for a fabulous vacation in Garda. The space is light and comfortable with great AC and comfortable beds. The location is the perfect jumping off point to explore all the adorable towns on Lake Garda. Pier Giuseppe was super responsive and offered great videos on everything having to do with the house. The photos online represent the house exactly with full amenities including a washer and even a dryer, which is rare in Europe. The only suggestion I would have is to add a coffee table in the living room, which is definitely a missing element to enjoy the space more. We would definitely rent this home again!

We enjoyed our holiday in Camilla's beautiful surroundings. Everything was nice, new and clean. Camilla was very accommodating and super flexible. It will certainly not be our last visit!

The accommodation at Valentina's was really beautiful and we felt right at home. She even provided toys and shower gel for our two toddlers. Overall, everything was very warm and we were even sent a video in advance of how to check in, where to park and how to get from the parking lot to the accommodation. If we had any questions, Valentina always helped us very quickly and was always very friendly. If we are drawn to Sirmione again, we will definitely come back 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, what a perfect location to get around lake Garda. The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Beautiful accommodation that combines the aspects of a hotel with those of a vacation apartment. Very clean. Lake Garda can be reached quickly.

A lovely apartment in a quiet area but within walking distance of the centre of Peschiera. Great location with parking which is great if you have a rental car. We loved the balcony to sit on in the evenings. Chiara was a great host who went above and beyond when one of the window shutters was not working properly and had a temporary solution immediately which was rectified more permanently the next day.

The stay at Mirella was just perfect! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. Mirella is a very kind guest, always helpful and attentive. I felt right at home and would be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

A very nice place and tranquil neighbourhood, spacious room, sparkling clean nice house, bus stops nearby, nice places to eat like Acropolis greek restaurant, Lidl grocery store 10 min walk. Felt right at home, good quality appliances and furniture. Really loved it, highly recommend!

The apartment was very nice, we felt very comfortable! You can use the kitchen and there was delicious coffee :) If you don't have a problem with taking the bus to the city, the location is also good :) Nicola was super nice!

The apartment is located in the middle of the vineyards, where it is quiet. The apartment is beautifully furnished, clean, there is information about accommodation and activities in the area. Malvina is a great host, she always responded very quickly and kindly. Her family is very friendly. We arranged a tour of the local wine cellar and took the wine home. Everything went very smoothly and there was no problem. We highly recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Ivana was a fantastic host! She took care of everything and assisted me with everything I needed. The apartment is great, it looks exactly like the pictures, and the best part is the area in which it's situated. It's super close to the train station and also to the lake. I really recommend it! :)

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped, offered convenient parking options, and was located very close to the beach. Overall, everything met our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, clean apartment, which unfortunately is never taken for granted, a few steps from the station and the center. Luisa is an easy-going person who explained everything to us precisely. We'll be back.

This stay is wonderful. The communication from the host was great and they were kind enough to leave some cold water in the fridge. The parking was convenient and close by and it was easy to walk to all of the sites we wanted to visit. The air conditioning was amazing and very comfortable after walking around all day in the heat. Everything was comfortable and easy to live in. I highly recommend staying here.

It was a wonderful family vacation in Peschiera! The accommodation is very central, but still in a quiet area. The apartment itself was really clean and had everything you need (even with small children super!!!) The pool was also great - maybe you could put 1-2 deck chairs by the pool or on the terrace. But otherwise it was really very nice. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

We would highly recommend it! Great friendliness and kindness from Lino who took great care of us. His little dog Penny was very welcoming and affectionate. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, the high quality linens and bath towels, the provision of pool towels as well as the large covered parking. We were able to relax by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking Lake Garda. Ideally located, very close to the boat boarding dock to visit Sirmione in particular. We also recommend the Garda café for breakfast and the Mirabelle sushi restaurant with its roof top located a stone's throw away.

Arrival was very good. New apartment. Outside lawn and easily accessible pool. Terrace with pergola and seating. You can argue about kitchen utensils. Here Marta would have to rethink what she needs as a housewife. Family with children reaches its limits of feasibility. I thought the coffee machine was very funny. She spits out 2.5 cups. Where I already drink 3 cups in the morning. I hope she made it. It was enough for the two of us. The people in the house were nice and talkative. We at the way have accepted and expanded the information from Marta. The restaurant selection is almost exclusively by appointment. So please keep an eye on it. Pizza is everywhere. Shopping 1a. Pescheria 3 km Ice cream parlors, ATM, beach all in the vicinity. Leave the car and ride a bike or motorcycle. Good bike paths. Marta always available or daughter. Go there. Then leave the car. The traffic is quite heavy and the different mentalities take some getting used to.

We had a wonderful time, the apartment was really comfortable and had everything you needed. Federico was a great host and extremely responsive to any questions or queries. Fantastic holiday.

Couple both 65 years old, stay in early May 2025 The accommodation has a perfect location slightly above Garda , with a sensational view of Lake Garda. the entire complex consists of 10 apartments with pool and is very well maintained . The apartment was perfectly clean, new and everything as described was there . You need a car for shopping or going to Garda. Mr. Massimo is a very friendly host and also gave us restaurant tips. Very nice quiet accommodation, fully equipped, nothing is missing and in a beautiful area. Stéfania and Andréa are very available, very welcoming and very discreet.
