Bungalow just a few steps (in slippers) from the sea: clean, modern, air conditioned and equipped with any comfort. Indoor parking with remote control, Rhodes 10 minutes by car as well as the highway to Vico. Super helpful, accurate, and above all a living Michelin guide: if you don't know where to eat well, he always has an answer.

We had a great time. When we arrived, Alessia's grandmother welcomed us, who was very kind and hospitable. Alessia's place had everything you need for a stay. Ideal location to reach the various tourist towns (Vieste, Peschici, Foggia, Monte Sant'Angelo and S. Giovanni Rotondo). Alessia was flexible on check-in time and provided us with all the necessary information to be able to stay, even before our arrival at the property. The area is very quiet, there are also free beaches just outside the accommodation, with restaurants where you can eat on site or takeout, with excellent preparation of dishes. The center of Mattinata is easily accessible by car and offers many ovens and many amenities for the person. Great bread, focaccia, and panzerotti. We were very satisfied in our stay. Very quiet and comfortable place on the beach, perfect for those who want to relax

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overlooking the valley and amongst the olive trees. Stunning pool and terrace. Easy access by car, 7 mins drive to Peschici and main beach. Lovely base to explore the area including Vieste and Foresta Umbra. Antonio was very responsive to our questions and was a whizz with google translate. Would definitely return to this peaceful haven.

Antonio is a great host, very responsive to our needs and accommodating. Great beautiful surroundings and he recommended a great pizza restaurant next door. A 30 mile walk to the beach, easy drive as well. Great value for the price. Giovanna was great with serving cappuccino with a cornetto in the morning. A separate service offered on the property.

The stay was very nice. The accommodation has its own beach access and a great outdoor area with everything you need. The beach was very nice and not crowded at all. In the meantime, it felt like a private beach, which gave us the opportunity to give our dog almost permanent free rein. The sea was very warm and mostly clear. There is a small shop nearby with homemade croissants (best around 7:30 AM, otherwise they are gone quickly) and bread/rolls and also a larger shop with fresh cheese etc. In the nearby town there is another shop with a great fresh food counter. You really get everything there. We also tried two nearby restaurants, which were very good and cheap. All people were extremely nice, but could not speak English, but with a translator everything works. Communication with the host was great, as well as the personal key handover and introduction.
