il posto è incantevole immerso nel bosco con una vista mozzafiato. ideale andare con i cani e bambini. posizione strategica per visitare i borghi incantevoli dell'Umbria. la casa è deliziosa, noi siamo stati in inverno e il riscaldamento a terra è stato molto gradevole. la camera da letto è molto spaziosa e la casa è moderna. spero di tornarci in primavera. Uma con la sua mamma Lucia ed il compagno Luca sono delle persone deliziose ed empatiche. ci siamo trovati subito bene e sono disponibili ad ogni richiesta. grazie di tutto ❤️

Renata er fantastisk. Vi følte os meget velkomne og vores lille søn blev endda forkælet med en fin afskedsgave. Dejlig morgenmad tilgængelig og Renata steger et rigtig godt spejlæg! Hun hjælper gerne med udflugter og gode råd til området. Hun tog os også med på bondegårdsbesøg for at underholde vores søn. Alt i alt et rigtigt dejligt ophold, hvor vi sagtens kunne have brugt flere dage.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von seiner Frau empfangen. Lucio hat immer nachgefragt, ob wir seine Unterstützung brauchen oder Wünsche haben. Aber die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Claudia und Rainer

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter, ruhiger Lage. Besonders schön ist der große Pool mit Blick in die weite Landschaft von Umbrien. Obwohl etwas abgelegen, ist ein kleiner Supermarkt im Ort und auch größere Märkte sind gut erreichbar.

Posizione ottima, buona accoglienza da parte della signora Luisa che è stata molto disponibile. Consigliato!

We had wonderful stay at Casale Zeno. The pristine environment is exactly what we needed and the beautiful sceneries surrounding the property were divine. Jo and Tony are very friendly hosts and it was pleasure staying at their place. We really appreciate all the small details provided in the accommodation along with the super comfortable mattress and pillows. The house is a perfect base for exploring Orvieto and the fantastic region around it. We would happily come back and recommend it. Thank you for a magical stay!

An absolutely wonderful place, this was the best Air-BNB we have ever stayed in. The owners are lovely and put so much love and attention to detail into every aspect, not just the property but the gardens too. We felt extremely welcome and comfortable right from the start and throughout our stay. The thoughtful arrangement of properties and trees and hedges ensures all guests have privacy when they want it but at the same time easy access to all facilities and to the owners. The pool was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed using it most days between trips out and the thoughtful provision of garden games made our stay the best. Rosi, Stefano and Valentina are the perfect hosts, we would love to return and highly recommend this fabulous place.

A fairytale location- so beautiful! We attended a wedding close by and could not have picked a more stunning spot to use as our base with our two young adult children. Gorgeous pool surrounded by lush trees and gardens overlooking the rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside. Outdoor tables to chill and dine al fresco. The apartment was cool inside and very spacious. 3 x large bedrooms all with lovely views and comfortable Queen beds. Large kitchen/dining area and separate lounge. Good showers. No washing machine and lacking sharp knives and some kitchen utensils such as platters and large plates, but nothing could detract from how idyllic the place is. Absolutely amazing - we highly recommend it! 💙🩵

Essere ospitati nella casa di Nino è stata una bella esperienza. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per soggiornare ed i comfort che si potrebbero ricercare stando in vacanza. La casa era molto pulita e curata in tanti particolari e xi ha dimostrato anche attenzione mettendo a disposizione anche gli accessori dedicati agli amici a 4 zampe. La cucina si presenta molto ben attrezzata. Le indicazioni sono state precise ed utilissimi sono stati i suggerimenti forniti da Nino. Le foto rispecchiano esattamente il posto in cui abbiamo soggiornato e gli spazi esterni sono molto rilassanti e assolutamente da godere. Contiamo di ritornare alla prima occasione

La casa è ancora più bella di quanto si veda in foto. L’abbiamo trovata pulitissima, organizzata e funzionale! Non ci è mancato nulla e Luca ha sempre risposto subito quando ci è servita assistenza.

Virginia is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was extremely relaxing and i would highly recommend a stay there. Quite and a real farm life style, yet close to a lot of tourists sites .

Excellent séjour dans le bel et spacieux appartement de Silvia, par ailleurs doté de tous les équipements utiles. Silvia à été extrêmement accueillante et s'est largement adaptée à notre heure d'arrivée. Si nous revenons à Aquapendente, c'est chez Silvia que nous reviendrons.

Jeremy’s place was lovely, very peaceful location and great to have use of both the garden at the back and the terrace at the front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. The whole place remained cool even though it was hot outside. The only downside for us was that you have to exit the house via the stairs at the front to get to the back garden, just a minor point but a bit of a challenge with young kids. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Jeremy was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Cercavamo un posto dove rilassarci e sentirci a casa e cosí è stato. Stanze e pulite, spazi comuni grandi e accoglienti. Andrea è una persona che ti sembra di conoscere da sempre, amichevole e disponibile. Che la sua passione sia la musica non ci sono dubbi e riesce a trascinare gli ospiti nel suo mondo tra strumenti musicali e dischi strepitosi lasciati a disposizione di tutti. Un posto che consiglio!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en Miralaghi!!! Maria Luisa es una anfitriona encantadora, y extremadamente servicial, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nuestro bienestar y nos hizo muchas recomendaciones sobre cosas que hacer y sitios que visitar en la zona (pueblos que visitar, ríos en que bañarnos y fiestas en los pueblos de la zona). El apartamento es muy tranquilo. Éste y otros apartamentos están en medio de la montaña en una gran propiedad de Maria Luisa. El único problema es el camino de tierra de la llegada y la salida, que al principio se nos hizo muy largo, aunque al cabo de pocos días nos acostumbramos. La piscina está lejos de la casa, pero casi cada día fuimos a bañarnos allí. Aunque pasamos todos los días explorando Umbria y la Toscana, nos quedó tiempo para usar el jacuzzi, y para jugar al ping-pong y al futbolín. Grazie di tutto, e a presto!!

Fabio è un host gentilissimo e professionale. La vista dall'appartamento è bellissima e l'appartamento è molto carino, con locali spaziosi. Ci torneremo.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise in Umbria. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Appartamento comodo e dotato di tutto quello che serve , servizi del residence ottimi e personale molto gentile

Conforme alla descrizione e alle foto. L’appartamento è ristrutturato molto bene, arredato in modo semplice, con buon gusto, confortevole e in posizione fantastica con spazio esterno esclusivo (accessoriato con mobilio di qualità) a bordo piscina e apprezzato anche dai nostri due cani. Complimenti anche per la presenza della lavastoviglie (comprese le tabs), del barbecue Weber in dotazione e di una dispensa con l’essenziale (caffè, sale, zucchero, olio, aceto), in altri posti non sempre prevista. La lavatrice (con detersivo incluso) è condivisa in un locale lavanderia esterno. Un apprezzamento anche per il personale che manutiene gli spazi esterni, la piscina e si occupa delle pulizie. Persone disponibili, cordiali e sempre sorridenti. Unico suggerimento a questa bellissima location è l’aggiunta di un punto luce per usufruire dello spazio esterno anche in notturna. Grazie a Thomas, Colleen e il loro staff per l’ospitalità e la disponibilità. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo.
