Great view of the valley, great swimming pool and Christian and his family are very nice!

We rented an apartment for 5 people in this house. The house and the surroundings are beautiful, it was very clean inside and everything smelled like lavender (you could tell the host wanted to make us feel very welcome :) ). Beautiful and well-maintained interior – everything looked just like in the photos.

Jan's place could not have been better! As advertised..and even better..and Jan was incredibly responsive to everything..INCLUDING being proactive before checkin. She anticipated everything and even when I had one question, she was immediately responsive. Of all my Air Bnb experiences, this was probably my best. She made local recommendations for restaurants, stories and services...all turned out to be accurate. We met Jan and (her husband Emilio--a Doctor--and good to know) and felt more like good friends in their home rather than "tenants." And as a bonus, Jan has researched her property history and has documentation to prove that Leonardo DaVinci -that one--had a role in the areas development. Just a nice touch. Am VERY happy.

Peacefuf place right by Montepulciano, making it a good base for a few days of relaxation and exploration in the region. Ideal for unwinding after a days of excursion. Our hosts were kind and attentive.

We expected something special and we were rewarded with a special apartment in an amazing historic building. Grand entrance courtyard, well-tended garden and lovely views. Annalisa and her mother made check-in seamless. Our stay was memorable. Pleasantly surprised that a continental breakfast was provided because the nearest village is some ways away. The location is a short drive to any number of impressive medieval villages. Grazie Annalisa!

Giuliano' s BnB is just amazing! The host is very friendly and kind and the place is ideal to work and relax. Ideal for a family stays, where kids can enjoy their time in a safe environment. I look forward to being back!

All good, it was possible to eat outdoors, comfortable bed, kitchen provided, friendly and non-intrusive host.

We had the perfect stay at Luca’s place - the setting was so tranquil and peaceful with breathtaking views. It was everything we expected and more, and only a 10 minute drive from Montepulciano, which is an absolutely beautiful town with lots of restaurants and wine tasting. Luca was a great host, offering lots of recommendations and greeting us with kindness. We would recommend Luca’s place to anyone, thanks again!

Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Welcome home!! From the beginning, we felt so incredibly comfortable! Daniele welcomed us warmly, there was olive oil and wine as a welcome gift!! The location is an absolute dream. Far from mass tourism, this pearl is nestled between vineyards and olive groves. We enjoyed the peace and quiet so much, the icing on the cake was the pool in the hot temperatures! La Bulletta is the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Umbria. An absolute plus is the water pressure;) I have thick long hair and it has never been so beautiful and easy to wash, better than at home!!! Thanks to Daniele, his sister and the incredibly adorable parents for 7 days of absolute rest and relaxation away from everyday life. We'll be back, for sure

Caroline's villa was absolutely stunning. We visited as a family of 8 adults and it was even more beautiful in person. It's completely private with amazing views all around. It's also in a great location to visit other picturesque villages nearby with a car. The pool was a great addition to combat the Tuscan heat. As this is in the countryside, be aware that there will be insects and wildlife. We came across a snake and a scorpion, but that's not an issue with the house, but rather the natural environment. The property manager Bianca greeted us upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful with tips. And Caroline left us super detailed recommendations for restaurants, itineraries, and wineries. She was always available and friendly. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

We had wonderful stay at Casale Zeno. The pristine environment is exactly what we needed and the beautiful sceneries surrounding the property were divine. Jo and Tony are very friendly hosts and it was pleasure staying at their place. We really appreciate all the small details provided in the accommodation along with the super comfortable mattress and pillows. The house is a perfect base for exploring Orvieto and the fantastic region around it. We would happily come back and recommend it. Thank you for a magical stay!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. A wonderful stay! The grounds were beautiful, an easy drive to the lovely town of Assisi, and the pool was perfect for the hot day. Eddie was super helpful with giving us parking suggestions for Assisi, which was a big help! Wish we could have stayed long. A relaxing retreat.

Stefano and his family are amazing hosts with everything you need. The space was clean and tidy with a great large pool to swim in whenever you want. Well equipped and great recommendations for site seeing , wine etc. would absolutely recommend and stay again.

It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

Amazing and peaceful stay in the heart of Umbria!

Fantastic place and fantastic hosts. We spent a month here with our baby and it could not have been better. Pietro and Christina are friendly, helpful and warm. Strongly recommend to those who are looking for a peaceful and charming place in the middle of Umbria

Great accommodation in a stunning area

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!
