What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

We had a lovely time in the very charming apartment. The apartment was perfect for work, but also placed very closely to the old city center. Anna responded very quickly, when we had a power supply problem following a thunder storm. I can clearly recommend a stay a "A Prima Vista".

I spent two nights at this place with my dog and we had a great time! The host was extremely responsive, punctual, and always available for our every request. His kindness made the stay even more enjoyable. A really positive experience, we will definitely repeat! Highly recommended! 👌

Andrea was the perfect host and very helpful welcoming and generous . The place was even better than the photos. We loved it and it was really spacious. The 2 bathrooms are connect sound wise which one might Kline to know depending on familiarity of the co guest. It's nicely decorated and i a peaceful village . All perfect!

Very nice apartment, new furniture and fully equipped, clean in all parts. The balcony is delightful and it is pleasant to have breakfast there in the morning. It is easy to find parking, and if you can't find it, a garage is available for the apartment. Elsa and her husband are always available and give advice on places to visit. Recommended

Even if only for one night we had a good time, Andrea was very responsive in recommending places to visit and to eat and was very precise in the description of the house

Fantastic place, very nice house, we stayed comfortably in 7 with 3 bathrooms, among other things, there are no problems... clean, tidy and very spacious house. The playroom was a huge hit, especially with my 4-year-old daughter, who would have stayed there all the time instead of coming around with us. Beautiful outdoor garden, with lots of games much loved by children and everything you need to eat and grill and in fact we took advantage of it. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful both with regard to the house and the advice they gave us on the surroundings to visit. If I had to go back there, we'd definitely like to go back to this house. Amazing!

We loved our stay at Tiziana's Airbnb and would have been great to stay an additional day. The home is well equipped and the host is very kind. The center of montefalco is quite close and the views from the terrace are lovely.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. A perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. If we could give six stars we would. we were on a flyby visist after visisting some friends near by. location was perfect for what we needed. The house was full equipment with everything our little family of 3 needed but also equipped with extra like breakfast ceral, biscuits, water (natural and mineral). The host really went above and beyond to ensure there guest had a wonderful stay. Extremely impressed.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, traveling with my wife for a fair in Bastia, just a few minutes' drive away. Comfortable area with all amenities and private parking nearby. Great communication with the host, clean apartment, tidy with all the comforts. If I need to stay overnight in the area, I will definitely contact this property again! See you next time!
