Die Unterkunft war wunderschön eingerichtet und bot jeglichen Komfort. Die Lage war ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und gleichzeitig die Ruhe zu genießen. Die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Rodolfo e la sua famiglia ci hanno subito accolto a braccia aperte e sono stati fin da subito disponibili e molto gentili. Rodolfo ci ha consigliato dei posti da visitare e delle escursioni da fare. La casa è molto bella e offre tutto il necessario. È un ottimo luogo per staccare dal caos della cittá e ci sono vari percorsi di trekking nei dintorni che partono dalla casa stessa. Le persone del paesino sono gentilissime e molto solari. Sono inoltre stati molto disponibili nel lasciarci la legna a disposizione per poter utilizzare il camino, un angolo molto caratteristico della casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente quando ripasseremo da queste parti! 😊

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

Para valorar esta propiedad, hay que empezar por el ANFITRIÓN, un profesional en toda regla. Desde el minuto 0 de la reserva, hasta la salida; siempre atento, muy amable y muy profesional. Es un placer conocer gente seria y esto la da un valor a la aplicación. La beach house, es un paraíso en Italia. Fácil acceso, cuidado al detalle, paz, naturaleza, comodidad. Nuestro viaje era en familia con nuestros dos caniches y creo que fueron los que más disfrutaron de la propiedad, verlos correr y saltar por las zonas verdes de la propiedad y convivir con muchas aves, conejos no tiene precio. Nuestra hija disfrutó su estancia estudiando y con la paz y tranquilidad del lugar, no le costó nada concentrarse. Nosotros en cambio, hicimos turismo por la zona, todo muy cerca y bien comunicado por carretera. Es una propiedad muy cuidada, segura y sobretodo disfrutar de sus puesta de sol, sentado en una tumbona, disfrutando de un buen vino (de la zona) es una experiencia irrepetible. Gracias Maurizio.

Stefano and Erika have a beautiful guest house that was exactly as described, very comfortable, with stunningly beautiful surroundings. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and shown the guest house. Stefano and Erika provided many wonderful items that we enjoyed throughout our stay to include, local cheeses and meats, yogurts, wonderful wine, local jams, and a homemade plum tart. This place is incredible with perfect hosts and everything you will need for the best vacation. I will recommend Stefano and Erika’s guest house to all my friends and we will definitely stay at the guest house during our next visit to Cingoli. This is a PERFECT place to spend for a short or long vacation.

Podere Coldifico è un'oasi di pace. Seppur per un soggiorno breve di 3 notti io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. L'alloggio è essenziale, ma completo di tutti i comfort. Stefano per quel poco che lo abbiamo interpellato (abbiamo sfruttato i pochi giorni a pieno girando il piu possibile, con buona pace dei nostri figli che invece miravano ad almeno un tuffo in piscina...) è stato sempre pronto e disponibile. Se ne avremo occasione certamente ci piacerebbe tornare e soggiornare qualche giorno di più! Certamente lo consiglio!

We really enjoyed our time in Coccore. Its such a beautiful house and the view is stunning. Great place to stay when exploring Marche and Umbria. We stayed 1 month. All worked very well and we can suggest the house for everyone. Sandra was very helpful and helped us a lot along the stay. We were 4 adults and 2 babies and the size of the house was perfect for us. There was also one bed more so fifth adult would fit comfortably. Only minus for us was that we could not take the babies to amazing upstairs library room since the gaps between the railings were too big that babies would have been in risk of falling through. That was something we suspected before the trip so it was not anything to upset for us. Great holiday, thank you Claudia and Sandra!
