John’s place was comfortable and quiet, nice place to land after a wedding. We would stay again if we were in the area!

I stayed in Amanda's other property due to availability, but Amanda was very helpful and the place was great! She let me check in pretty late as well, since I had been on the road from PA. I'm sure she takes good care of all her properties!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The balconies were a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Lake Erie. I definitely recommend this location!! Shannon was also very responsive given the last minute reservations and more than accommodating.

Great price and great communication

Perfect for a Girls' Weekend! The house was charming, the neighborhood was peaceful and we felt very safe. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend and Annie is definitely a super host. Looking forward to another stay.

Just as described! Super spacious. The beds were fantastic. And the sunroom was an enormous perk. The neighborhood is lovely and extremely quiet. Patricia is an excellent host and incredibly responsive. I arrived an hour early because I failed to read the listed check-in time. She remedied my idiocy immediately. Couldn’t have been more accommodating or hospitable. 5 stars across the board.

The cottage is older, but beautifully remodeled. Spotless. Quiet neighborhood. Old industrial community. Some homes kept up, others not. Fenced back yard with fire pit, swing, grill. Pets allowed. Close to birding spots. Would stay again.

Scott have been by far the best hosts we have encountered with air b&b .. they are very respectful, responds almost instantly and the most kind and down to earth people !! The place is absolutely stunning we had the most amazing time there ! We can’t wait to go back in August! Highly recommend one of their places to stay !

We really had a wonderful time at the home and in the surrounding area. The lake view was peaceful and the pool and hot tub kept everyone busy! Kayaks were a plus as well. The home is spacious and clean with such a homey, lodge style decor... truly our little weekend was a nice vacation! We also enjoyed Toledos farmers market and the water taxi service near there as well. Great home and host ... we cant wait to visit again... thank you to scott and jennifer !

We had a wonderful stay at the Wolf Den! We had reached out to Jennifer to see if we could have some guests over for a holiday dinner. She responded quick and had no issue with it! The house itself was very clean and stocked well of anything you might need and/or forgot. The shower, once you play around with it was also a fun feature of the house. The backyard is a great feature, and it was nicely maintained. Thank you for your hospitality especially with us bringing our fur baby. He had a wonderful time and loved the yard. Thank you again!

Scott & Jennifer’s home was the perfect spot for a family weekend! There were so many details I didn’t know to expect and was delighted by. From well appointed and plentiful linens to the stocked coffee bar and a fully equipped kitchen, we didn’t want for anything that wasn’t there! We relaxed, kayaked, ate, hot tubbed and more. It was a perfect place for us to gather!

Absolutely amazing neighborhood , private with friendly neighbors . Absolutely stunning houses in the neighborhood including David’s . Absolutely would recommend to anyone wanting the perfect setting !

Very pleased with everything except the fact we didn't get to enjoy it, it was raining when got and had to leave early the next morning. Great location, walking distance to anything you may need, had dinner at the beach cafe, also nice experience. Got walk the peir next day, Thanks for lovely home for our stay.

Great Location! We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts was the location—it was just a short walk to several great restaurants, which made dining out super convenient. The neighborhood itself was quiet and really cute, with a welcoming vibe. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Would definitely book again!

Shad was easy to work with. The home looked just like the pictures and the home was very nice. Would stay again if I had the opportunity and needed to.

This was the perfect place for us! Everything was just as described and very well furnished. The host was extremely communicative and checked to make sure everything was as we expected it!

We had the most incredible stay at this property! David and Kathy are truly exceptional hosts. So thoughtful, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. The property itself is stunning and packed with fun. There’s no need to leave once you arrive. We swam, fished, paddle-boated, lounged on the dock, and ended our evenings making s’mores by the fire (with all the fixings already provided!). The apartment was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could’ve needed, games, snacks, kitchen essentials, and more. The attention to detail was next level. And to top it off, David surprised us with the sweetest goodbye gift bag filled with snacks, a thank-you card, and even treats for our dog. I could write pages about how amazing our time was, but honestly, this is one of those places you just have to experience for yourself. Thank you, David and Kathy, for creating such a magical getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

We were in town for a funeral and were fortunate to find Tom's big historic home convenient to everything in Toledo. It is less than a mile to the Art Museum, you could walk. None of the historic charm has been stripped from the home. It was such a blessing to experience the best of old Toledo in this lovely house. You will enjoy the way the light filters in the windows and the peaceful feeling an older home can give. One tip... the top front step is extra high so be careful... We were sad to leave!

This was my second stay - Comfy home, great location, huge TV, great deal.

George's place was great and George was an awesome host! I would recommend 10/10
