Enjoy water recreation such as fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. It's a great location for walleye season and a fisherman's dream!

Second floor of a historic home built in the 1800’s. Above a quaint Tea Room. Private entrance, you will be the only guests. Access to Clara J’s Tea Room during operating hours. (Call to make a reservation if you would like Proper Tea Wednesday-Saturday) Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and our excellent Metropark! There is not a kitchen. There are NO cleaning fees. The exterior is currently being renovated, but this has no impact on your stay. (2024)

"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

Riverfront Cottage with Hot Tub & Kayaks

Smaller private cottage located in a park like setting on the water. Ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

This was a great stay!! Follow the provided instructions to find the door (it is around back). It’s a nice small spot, pup friendly, local access to everything, and the host was great! I had to come to town for a funeral. Walked in and immediately felt at home. I needed something quiet and it was so peaceful. I slept, a lot. And I was so completely comfortable. The sheets were the chefs kiss! They smelled so good! Plenty of amenities not listed. All you need to bring is your food or go to local grocer down the street. Private and somewhat secluded even surrounded by other homes. It was excellent. Cannot express how much I’ll miss this little piece of heaven! And the host is AwEsOmE too!

This house is an absolute gem of a find! Everything in the house was perfect, clean and cozy. The house was very well furnished with everything a guest might want or need. It was obvious that Michelle cares about the comfort of her guests. The hot tub was one of our favorite spaces to relax. It was not only immaculately clean, it was quiet, comfortable and in a perfect spot for feeling nature’s breeze but also providing privacy. The backyard was also a great place to relax and feel right at home. Absolutely a 5-star home!

Great stay at Vincent’s. It’s in a good safe area of Toledo, house was exactly like the pictures, place was clean, my dogs loved the fenced in yard. Only complaint was there weren’t any screens in the windows so we couldn’t have windows opened for the beautiful weather. I think it’s a good price for the house and if we’re staying in Toledo again we’ll be booking here again. Thank you for a great stay!
