Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Perry

The place was a beautiful cottage, very well decorated and extremely clean! The place had everything you could ever need and Ryan and Bryan were extremely quick to respond and accommodating. I would 100% stay here again!

Michelle's place was wonderfully decorated and homely. It was well equipped and close groceries and some food options too! It was pristine and well maintained while retaining the vibe of an old cottage in a sweet little town. Michelle was responsive and we were welcome with some amazing artisan cookies too. The only thing we struggled with a little bit were the keys and entering, but it was manageable as well. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

The house was very clean, bright and cozy with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Short distance to all the stores and restaurants, as well as two Provincial Parks. Would highly recommend this place to those visiting/exploring Huntsville.

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

Stella is friendly, responsive and flexible! The place is exactly what it looks like in the pictures in that it is clean and has everything you need for a weekend getaway, right by the lake. The best part definitely was the ample amount of boats and supplies for a group of 5 (or even more) to enjoy and use at the same time. We had lots of fun exploring the lake. Must go out on the Kayaks and the Canoe!!! 🛶 One small thing, the neighbourhood does have a bit of a winding drive which can get a bit confusing, especially on your way out. And there’s not much to do within a 15 min drive. But hey, if you just want peace, serenity, and lake views, it’s tough to beat Stella’s spot.

Sally’s place was the perfect landing spot for us. We were in town for a dance completion in Huntsville which consisted of busy days so coming back to Sally’s Place in the evenings was very peaceful and relaxing. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed a long hot bath in the soaker which was lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone and stay again when back in Huntsville. Thank you Sally for a wonderful, relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Cottage was clean upon arrival with easy access. There were lots of activities to keep busy both indoor and outdoors. Lots of space to enjoy within the cottage as well. We especially enjoyed the hot tub during a cooler day!

My stay at Carley’s place was amazing ! Her place is stunning , incredible attention to detail , comfortable and peaceful. Great location , short walk into the downtown offerings. Thanks Brian and June, had an amazing time . very clean and cozy place, loved the book collection. Super clean appliances and fresh linen. Highly recommend especially if you are a star gazing enthusiast. Dark Sky preserve is near and made the location that much more wonderful.

A friend and I decided to head north for a quick night away. Taurean’s “King’s Den” apartment was the perfect choice! A gorgeous accommodation, filled with special little extras and attention to detail! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful hosts with outstanding HOT homemade breakfasts! Really appreciated the extra perks of magnifier make-up mirror, house coat, lush towels, several Keurig coffee pod choices and 2 choices for my own private exterior sitting area. Level access and close parking to entrance, extra wide interior doors. MaryAnn was spot on for my food choices even including 10% cream for my morning coffee and crisp bacon. Very large space with two large bedrooms, slept like a baby and the TV included all the streaming you would want Close to Art College and short drive into town of Haliburton. It was a bit chilly for June but Gerry turned on the propane fireplace then all was cozy. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

Our hosts Ron and Susan were very quick to respond to all queries. They were helpful and friendly. Check in was very easy and Susan showed us around the property. The property was clean and spacious with a nautical themed decor. It is as shown on the photos located on the banks of the lake. The surroundings are beautiful. A car is essential for getting around in the Huntsville area and the parking space was always available as described. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. A large supermarket is close by (10 min) drive. This is an ideal location for exploring the beautiful Canadian countryside. We would recommend staying here. Thank you Susan and Ron

Enjoyed my stay at Peter’s place. Welcoming hosts, clean and spacious apartment with everything I needed for my stay. Great central location! Walkable to the downtown and Port of Orillia. Grocery and other stores just a short drive away.

We had an amazing stay at Paul's place! The waterfront location by the beach was ideal for our summer family vacation. The rooms were beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and style. Loved our stay here!! Can't say enough positive things about our vacation here. Kitchen was fully stocked, clean bathroom and rooms, easy check in and check out and excellent cooling system as it was a hot few days. Amenities were great and welcoming for families, environment was peaceful and we also loved how the balcony backed onto trees and nature. Would 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was right by the water and the views were stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend — I’d love to come back!

A wonderful spot with every convenient considered! The espresso machine might have been the highlight of my trip. The beach is very nice and close. The king bed is a very firm spring mattress, so something to consider if that is important to you.

The perfect little get away. The condo was super clean and updated, as well as homey/welcoming. Pino provided everything you could need. The view was beautiful. It was just what we needed for the best weekend.

It was such a great experience staying at this place. Maja and Neno are great hosts - the instructions are clear and it’s easy to find the suite even when it’s dark. They also share local recommendations (there is puppy yoga!) :) the place is an amazing getaway from the busy and noisy city life. In clear days you can see so many stars in the sky from the porch. It’s also so close to Algonquin so I can totally imagine it being super busy during maple leaf seasons. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting this area. We had a wonderful time at Katie's unit. the views from the balcony were among our favourite aspect of the stay. It was very tidy and well organized. All of the basic items were available. There are restaurants and shops conveniently within a 10 min drive away. Overall, we were happy with our stay!
