We really enjoyed our stay at Dock Cottage. It was modern elegance mixed with warm vintage touches. It had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable and we loved the dock, hot tub and kayaking on the lake. It was quiet and peaceful and felt far away from everything yet we were an easy walk from Miss Nelle’s coffee shop and ice cream stand where we went each morning for a coffee (opens at 7am), Muskoka Brewing Company for a beer and a few other Baysville shops. The communication and instructions were really helpful and we received prompt replies if we had a question so it felt like we were really taken care of. We will definitely be back and recommend it to friends.

We were looking for a nice place with indoor pool for our kids, this place was exactly what we were hoping for! The house is very nice, has a few stores nearby to buy anything you might forgot back home. We will definitely come back again!

Our group had a wonderful stay at the cottage! Cassidy was very communicative and the amenities were top notch - we enjoyed the lakefront view, kayak, sauna and hot tub. Fresh towels and laundry within the cottage made everything super convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Chorong was a great host! Leading up to our stay she was extremely responsive as I had a lot of questions! The house itself was stunning. Clearly it is taken care of and maintained very well. All of the beds were so comfortable. Outdoor area was a lovely space. Would definitely like to come back in the winter as I am sure the scenery is beautiful.

We stayed at this cottage over the long weekend and had an amazing time. The place was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a highlight—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The backyard was spacious and peaceful, ideal for lounging or enjoying a BBQ. The owners were incredibly helpful, respectful, and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful private getaway. Beautiful upgraded cottage, with all amenities that you could need. Gorgeous view of lake. We felt welcome and comfortable. Beautiful sunsets in the hot tub and dips in the lake.

Stayed here for my anniversary. Very nice place, accurate to the descriptions. Close drive to Huntsville which had lots of activities and restaurants.

Susan is a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The home was fully equipped with everything you would find in your own home, as well everything was clean. Beautiful sunsets on the dock on a peaceful lake. Highly recommend renting the extra kayak and SUP boards.

We had a great stay at Jonathan’s place! Everything was just as described, Jonathan was quick to respond all of our questions. The kitchen amenities were top notch, it had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. We also really enjoyed the new bbq grill. The location was easy to find. The house has an amazing view of the lake, which is great for swimming and kayaking. I’d definitely recommend Jonathan’s place!

Lovely place and lovely hosts - across from a river and a park, impeccably clean, very comfortable, and some of the best and most welcoming communication ever. Huntsville is a dreamy place with lots of walking trails and restaurants. It was a beautiful late spring getaway.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Rowan Cottage! It was my husband and I with our little Boston Terrier and everything was perfect! The place was spotless when we got there and the instructions to check in were very easy to navigate. The place felt brand new. It was just the right amount of space for us. It is a fairly private area and the waters were very peaceful, not a lot of traffic on the water at all! The views from the cottage were amazing - perfect for the morning coffee! Appliances were great, and the washroom was so clean. There were awesome board games and vinyl records to jam to. As well as a Bluetooth speaker to connect. We were never bored! For anyone looking to visit, there are a fair bit of mosquitos so remember bug spray! Overall an amazing experience and highly recommend!

Our group enjoyed this cottage , beautiful lake , dock with panoramic view. We got lucky during our stay and could even see the northern lights during the night. Truly great memories

Lovely little getaway. Beautiful views. Very clean and well appointed. Great communication with Janna and fast responses. Welcome booklet was very helpful and we even ordered pizza for delivery on our arrival (as recommended ).

Our stay at Mike and Elaine’s place was simply amazing. Beautiful spot on the lake. It was so nice to relax on the dock, jump in for a swim, go for a paddleboard or kayak, enjoy the fire at night, or play some games in the screened-in muskoka room. They really have thought of everything here. As hosts, they went above and beyond to make sure our time there was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better spot, or better hosts.

We had a great weekend away with our family at Mandie’s cottage. It was beautiful and just the right size. Everything was very clean and Mandie was very quick to answer us if we had a question. The location was perfect and the neighbours were very nice to chat with. We can’t wait to go back and create more beautiful family memories together!

We were seven adults staying for three nights. This was our second year at Mateen and Michelle’s place. It is an incredible space with beautiful surroundings in a really quiet, private area. Plenty to do both indoors and outside. Kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space for everyone. Good cycling terrain within a 10-15 drive. Easy access to town, amenities by car. Highly recommend this cottage for groups of adults and families as it has everything you need. Thank you again Mateen & Michelle!

The cottage was lovely - had everything available, from kitchen supplies (+), outdoor activities (kayak, canoe, paddle boards, peddle boat, ladder ball, croquet, etc), and lots of movies & books! You can never be bored here or feel like you're missing something. I loved that everything was labelled and organized, so you could always find everything you need. The location is so beautiful and peaceful, and right on the water. My family and I had an amazing time and would come back again! Thank you!!

Karen’s home was very big lots of rooms to sleep in. The lake was beautiful very peaceful. I enjoyed kayaking. The fire pit and jacuzzi was a nice touch also had a sauna room hopefully I get to try it in the future since I didn’t get a chance. Only thing was there was lots of mosquitoes lol bug spray was provided which was very thoughtful but some advice it doesn’t hurt to bring some more! Other than that if you’re a nature person this is the place to be. Would love to come out here again!

Whoa what can I say, Sue’s place is basically your own private beach resort. It has everything you need, extremely clean, and very well organized. On top of that Sue is amazing to communicate with. The outside is just lovely as the indoors, the lake was even surprisingly pretty warm considering early June. My family and I truly had a great time and would love to return! Thank you Sue and Marc for sharing your beautiful home.

Walker’s Haven is an absolute stunner!!! We came up for a girls weekend and fell in love with it instantly. The interior is gorgeous, just like the photos show, and so cozy while being spacious at the same time. But our favourite feature was the outdoor space The location of the fire pit with its string lights, the second deck by the water, the spacious dock… the whole layout is perfect. The lake is gorgeous, clear and just so peaceful. Also great for fishing! We had a great time, despite not having the best weather, and we hope to come back again!
