On the ground floor an equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room, a master suite with bathroom, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom. On the mezzanine a bedroom with 2 beds, ideal for children.

The rental is located next to ours but it's not overlooked.There is a private terrace & seperate entrance as well as direct access to the walkway along the Seine(passing through our garden).
