"4 bedroom home located on the Albemarle sound in quiet neighborhood in Hertford NC. There is a nice kitchen with a bar coffee maker microwave and dishwasher. Home has central heat and air as well as a gas log fireplace in living area. there is a smart TV in the Living area and the common area upstairs Hulu and Netflix streaming services are provided. Outdoors there is a nice backyard that leads tot he water where there is wooden dock with a bench where you can watch the sunrise over the sound!!

Relax in our 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, 1500 sq ft home, with a large, very private yard. 3 minutes to downtown waterfront, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, museums, breweries and nightlife. State U is right around the corner. Ten minutes from Sentara Hospital. Minutes to Coast Guard Base. Many families commute to the Outer Banks daily, just a 45 minute drive to the Outer Banks or Virgina Beach. 35 minutes to H20BX Waterpark. Plenty of off street parking, deck, central air. The neighborhood is very family-friendly and walking distance to the boat docks. Elizabeth City is the "Harbor of Hospitality." We are about 45 minutes from the Outer Banks and about 30 minutes from H2Obx water park and 30 minutes from historic Edenton. Virginia Beach is also a short drive from us.
