Come stay in our fully furnished studio apartment downtown in the historic district on Main St. You'll be one block from our beautiful waterfront, our downtown restaurants, entertainment, and breweries. You'll have your own reserved parking spot directly across the street from the entrance. You can also enjoy 24hr access to the gym downstairs. Over 40 classes per week are offered that you may join in as well for free. We even have 2 beach cruisers you can use to explore our beautiful city.

Welcome to Surf and Turf Condo. Here you can have a quiet and relaxing visit. There is a tennis court right around the corner from the condo, a full service marina, community pool and hot tub, along with a Dan Maples designed golf course. This gated community on the sound provides sailing, kayaking, tennis, golf and several amenities that can add to your stay. Just 15 mins from Downtown Historical Edenton, 20 mins south of Elizabeth City, outside of Historical Hertford North Carolina.

Enjoy our 4 hole short course, "The Killie" for unlimited play during your stay, then putt your heart out on our 5,000 sq. foot courtyard putting green that stays lit until 10 pm! BBQ on your deck while you the OBX vacation you deserve! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

Taste of France by the river

Enjoy the French artwork and boardgames before having dinner at the French bistro downtown, just a few blocks away, or take a walk along Roanoke River, just one block, and scan the other side for the area’s famous black bears. Public dock access so bring your boat and spend time fishing, or wake up early and make the short 90 minute drive to the outer banks. We have a ping-pong table and other games, as well as a diverse selection of books available. Something for everyone!
