House holiday rentals in Perquimans County

Our family had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a nicer property. NorthStar was beautifully furnished, clean as a whistle, very well-stocked and is run by a top-notch management company. Grace was proactive and extremely responsive. We will return next summer when the water is warmer. Thanks Grace and all at Oak Realty for a wonderful weekend of memories and allowing us such a nice home to call ours for Memorial Day Weekend 2025!

My family came together for a 3-day stay at Nomad Dunes. It was everyone's 1st time to the OBX. There's 16 of us ranging in age from 9-74! There are 3 levels to this home with sleeping areas on all levels which was great for us. I think we used every entertaining and relaxing spot in this house!! You can see the ocean from the top floor and it truly is easy enough to walk to the beach or hop in the car and drive back and forth. Having the pool was perfect for our family. It is about 5ft deep at most so all the kids could access the pool without worry. And the hot tub was VERY popular with our group! Hardly anyone picked up a phone or devise other than to take photos or videos and we watched one movie. The drive on the beach to get to the home was a LOT more than we expected!! Videos do not do this justice. It's long, and bumpy, and feels out of control at times. SHOP beforehand!! Beds and furnishings are comfy and pretty. I suggest mentioning if you plan to use the bunks and sofa bed.

Such an amazing getaway! The home was absolutely beautiful. Amazing views from every window. Talk about being right on the shore. I don’t have enough positive things to say about the property, location and host. We used to is as a family vacation getaway. We felt right at home, plenty of space for everyone to just enjoy our time.

This home was incredible! The 4x4 experience was really fun and we saw horses everyday, at one point the horses were under the house cooling off in the shade. It’s hard to put into words 🙂 Sarah was responsive and helpful throughout the trip!

Absolutely loved the home and the whole experience! Our only issue was in our arrival and not being aware that high tide would impact when you should attempt getting to the house. More information regarding the tide schedule and if the roads within the houses are accessible would be very helpful. Recommendation to stop at the grocery store before you each the beach access road and what types of things are not supplied at the house would be good, too. Overall we were so very pleased with our stay and Misty was great when we needed her. I would absolutely recommend this house to my friends and family and would love to visit again!

The place was amazing. I booked the place for a week for the beach, but got met with many other activities that were just as fun. The beach is a 10-20 minute drive, but that’s not the only reason why it’s a great location. The golf and athletic club was very useful and nice. The pool and basketball court were great and the golf course looked amazing. Unfortunately I was not able to go golfing but from the small glance it looked like an amazing golf course. The two free H2OBX tickets were a nice touch as we got to spend the day at an incredible water park. The rooms and living space were more than enough to accommodate what I need and all the amenities were super useful. You should definitely consider this place whether you go with kids, friends, or just to stay for any activity you would like. This place is my golden standard when it comes to an Airbnb.

This house was perfect for our family's last minute quick vacation. Brook was super responsive and always thorough. The directions were to the tee and house just like pics, practically new. We knocked down major webs to get through the garage door, but it's to be expected in that area. Frogs come out at night! Specifics: - KITCHEN: Spacious with EVERYTHING we needed!! Electric griddle, spice rack, 2 coffee makers, storage containers, instant pot, baking dishes, cutting boards, pots, glasses, and much more! As people who cooked, we were thrilled. Grill was in pristine condition. Basic starter supplies provided and came in handy. - BATHROOMS: Very clean. Cute miniatures bags and towels were very plush. - BEDROOMS: Bedding and pillows very comfy. - LOCATION: Grocery store, gas stations and OBX waterpark were all less than 10 mins. We used the beach pass at two locations with no problem. Travel depends on traffic and averaged 20mins. Nags head is about 30 mins. We had a great stay :)

The rental was very spacious and clean. We did not have any issues but the host was very fast at replying to any questions we had. Great location in historical part of Elizabeth City. We came in for a funeral and it was wonderful to have a place for family to gather.

Kristin's place in Elizabeth City was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Her home was as described. It was perfect for visiting our Coastie who lives close by. The location is easy to navigate to great local restaurants, galleries, the waterfront area, the USCG base, as well as the OBX.

We had a wonderful stay at Edgewater for a weekend. The house was beautiful and immaculately clean. The view from the deck and yard was beautiful and very peaceful with the water, gardens, and lots of wildlife to see. Alan and Nora are super friendly and so accommodating. They have truly thought of everything and have provided so many fun things for guests to enjoy! We just wish we could have stayed longer.

Had a great time fishing here!! The place had a well stoked kitchen and a nice grill! There's also another fishing area nearby by car that was great too!

We enjoyed a peaceful stay after long days on bikes. We were in town for the NC Coastal ride. After riding for 30+ miles each day we came back to a tranquil location. The home is immaculate. Every item one would ever need was provided. It was perfect to have a full size fridge for our supplies. Beth even left firewood in case we wanted to enjoy the fire pit. We were able to stretch and get in a yoga session on the dock. Yoga mats were provided. The home feels like a ship in that it is surrounded by water. The waves and fresh air made for incredible sleep each night. An osprey nest is outside the window. With the binoculars we were able to watch the progress of the nest and the amazing pair catch fish. The communication throughout the stay was spot on. The “billion dollar” view is remarkable, but the amenities and care from the homeowner make this is top notch vacation spot.

Great place that matched the description perfectly! Maureen was very accommodating on short notice, very responsive, and the space was clean and cozy. Highly recommended!

Frank and Martha are very responsive and easy to work with. The house is so relaxing you don't want to leave!

House suited our needs perfectly. Kermit even dropped by for a visit and it was great to meet him and learn a lil about Edenton.

Where do I begin Tam’a place was very nice the pictures don’t give it enough credit .This house will have everything you need. She was quick to respond and will help with what ever you need , everything was great! I definitely will be returning when ever come to EC visit family again . Thanks again 🥰🥰

Our stay at the Lassiter home was a wonderful family vacation. This home was much larger than we anticipated with easy access to downtown. Our grandchildren were especially excited about coming over and spending the night on cushions in the large living room. We will definitely stay at Carroll’s place again the next time we are in town to visit the family.
