Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Pernambuco Beach

Already it is the second time I have rented the space of Marcos. The apartment is cozy, clean and organized, and has everything I need. The condominium is secure, and the employees are very educated. The region is safe and monitored, for me it is the best region of Guarujá! I intend to rent many times the space of Marcos. We are very happy with our accommodation, and with the memories we created of this paradise close to SP.

Fernando, Fátima and Eva were super attentive and helpful from the beginning, making our stay even more special. The roof is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures, with the differential of a simply flawless view! All very well equipped, with pool and barbecue area perfect for leisure time. The condominium is excellent: super safe, well structured, very well located, pet friendly (differential for us) and with extremely kind employees. It was, without a doubt, the best investment for rest days. We will definitely be back soon and recommend with our eyes closed.

Gos I liked the accommodation of Fernando and Oswaldo! It is a small place, a room with kitchen environments and bathroom all together. For a couple is great. It is cozy and well decorated. We went with my dog and it went well! The apto is close to the beach and several good restaurants and places to go on foot (Bar do Toninho or Bar do Goiás, for example). Fernando was helpful, sent instructions for entry and responded to the msgs promptly. Approved!

Family trip, the apartment fully matches the listing. A lovely oceanfront view, spacious apartment, airy, private garage for 1 car. Otima location with restaurants, malls, markets, all close by.

Very friendly host, very well-kept accommodation, clean and easy access (location). The condominium has a mini market so you don't have to go to the center of the beach. Covered parking, but you have to cross the street due to the structure of the place. The apartment is cozy and clean, the kitchen has everything you need, bathroom and clean bed linen.

Excellent, the location is great, right in front of one of the best beaches in Guarujá. We will definitely be back. Mr. Ricardo was super kind and helpful. The apartment is complete and super spacious, the view of the yard is amazing.

The apartment is amazing, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the area is great, you can walk to the Praiamar mall, which is large and full of good stores, and to the SESC, both are 2 blocks behind the property, a 10-minute walk on a flat street. Right in front is the beach of Aparecida, calm sea and practically no waves. I would definitely stay at the place again, oh, the apartment has everything, it is well structured, utensils, cutlery, pans, pots... 1000 points!

The apartment has a very good location. It is beachfront and the place is very quiet.

I went with family, friends and children, and the space was delicious for us to be all together and connected even in different environments. One of the suites has a wonderful large bathtub, and the location is perfect. Close to everything on foot. Victor and Nicole were always very polite, attentive, and available to help with everything that was needed, including check-in and checkout, as there were no reservations for these days, they made it easier to let us in earlier and leave later.

It was all right, exactly as in the pictures and Eva is very kind, made everyone feel at home.

Vanessa was a great host, responded quickly, polite and helpful, check in flexible, gave tips about the city! Casa is exactly like the photos, location very close to the beach, we were walking every day, bakery, supermarket and a gallery very close to the location! Safe house, spacious garage, new utensils! I recommend and would come back more often!

The stay was excellent! Second time hosting ana Paula's house, and we'll be back soon! The house is impeccable, very clean and organized, fantastic location. Ana Paula was very helpful and attentive with us, always answering our doubts with great agility and sympathy. It was many pleasant family days. The house is even better than q esta in the photos, everything was clean and organized. Excellent location,the location for walking to nearby beach,market and bakery. Great for those who go in a large group of people.
