Good , first I don't even know what I liked anymore , whether it was the property or the charisma and sympathy of the hosts , I travel a lot and have never seen such a lovely host like Samir 👏 At the beginning, they made the checkin and checkout relaxed, which for us was PERFECT and always responding to us very quickly . ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️

Extremely comfortable, clean and organized house. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms and very complete kitchen. Clean linens and linens were made available for the stay and Marcel was very requested, I liked it very much, I certainly will be back.

The house is impeccable. Everything super clean, and in fact has everything that is in the listing, no need to bring bedding, towels, the house is super-equipped with tbm beach stuff. The location is perfect, in the face of the beach, with great bakery nearby, and the host responds super fast.

The location is a great highlight: it is very close to Pernambuco Beach and Mar Casado, as well as being a few minutes from Pão de Açúcar, which makes it much easier for those who want to make the most of Guarujá. However the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. We found some points that could be better taken care of in this aspect, which impacted the first impression a little. With a greater attention to cleanliness, the experience would certainly be perfect. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the house's potential is enormous. With minor adjustments, it becomes one of the best options in the region!

We love our stay in the house , everything according to the photos ,the very spacious, comfortable house, the rooms all with working air conditioning, great pool for leisure , very good barbecue area, large kitchen with everything we need. very close to the beach , nearby market, restaurant . Condomínio is super complete, with an exceptional structure and with extremely educated employees. Everything cooperated so that the stay was impeccable. The building is very safe and is in a great location. The apartment is super comfortable and very well equipped and has an incredible view of the beach and mountains. The host is also extremely helpful and genuinely strives to make our experience the best possible.
